What we can learn from Jonna is to intimately connect with Nature in a way that goes deep. The little things in life are the biggest things in life. She has demonstrated this to us in a very beautiful way. What we think is valuable monetarily is not anywhere near the value she is showing us. This connection is free to all of us. All we need to do is to change our priorities and perspective just as she did some ten years ago. Thank you Jonna!
Unfortunately it is not free to all of us. Job security is still at its highest in urban areas, where nature is being suffocated. The rich both are complicit and active in doing so as well as harming nature reserves or using it as a resource for profit. Just look at Jonna's struggles with the wind turbine industry that was trying to get a foothold in her village. And then the rich can afford to buy large properties with gardens, vacation in nature reserves, and still have high income. This is not attainable to everyone unfortunately. But yes, we should strive for this connection and in a way that is fair and open. Access to quiet and nature ought not to be a privilege.
She kinda contaminates rivers when she washes her paintbrushes in them and stuff. I never got the impression that she cared for nature in a way that would protect or preserve it, only the aesthetics that conveniently also make her living. But havent checked in in a while, maybe stuffs different. She makes beautiful art though.

There is people who are living in toxic cities within toxic societies.. People dealing with poverty, anxiety and stress.. Joanna's music is so very magical, so very, very wild too. It's too bad that not everyone can enjoy this life style. For me it is a dream that I wish could come true. I love how Joanna honors the wilderness and wants to conserve it as well, she embraces the wild and with each of her songs... I think that the ancestors are answering for her. Sweden is a very special place, a very wild and magical place... perhaps one of the last ancient places on earth where there is more animals than man. There are little distraction techniques for initial stages of panic I start with like texture distraction. A photo folder (carefully selected images guaranteed to bring a smile or more!) Ice cubes on your skin or eaten the cold snaps your body out of it's self mesmerising downward spiral. Cold showers. Different scented things, like I'd you're near a florist obviously. Or a box of assorted lollies, scented, like some jelly beans for instance as they're all different and you can truck your mind away from the existential tantrum as I call mine by selecting one at a time and, really being present in the moment enjoy the colours and scent of each one at a time? I had a little teddy bear in my bag small enough I could sneak in in my bra band with a loose top?
