This house is hands-down my favorite celebrity tour I have ever seen. There is so much love and personality to this place. It doesn’t look sterile and cold. Love love love!

Glad to see Melissa is authentic through and through. I love that she still celebrates and appreciates her early work (like Sabrina and Clarissa). You can tell she's grateful for all the opportunities she had.

A movie or a limited series would be good.
She was the mom on No Good Nick, which I thought was good, but it was at the time that Netflix wasn't renewing a lot of shows, so sadly it didn't get a second year.
Only if it is clean, no alcohol, sexual innuendos, and really a FAMILY show as it was falsely advertised.... it could have been a much much more Super hit. It was the last show of its kind of Late 80's and 90's sitcom.

I like her. I like her a lot. She seems very real. And I really appreciate how much she treasures her grandma and those small momentos that meant so much to her family and evoke warm childhood memories.

she’s still had some work i believe. but im also glad she still looks herself! no crazy fillers changing her face shape. young celebs these days, arians grande, dove cameron, and so many more start changing their faces so young and completely distort their natural features.
What the heck does that have to do with the house tour? Learn to focus on other things. Women are more than that.
I’ve always wished if there were one person from tv I could be friends with that it would be her. She just seems so down to earth! (I’m fully aware I don’t know her but I still think this after 35 years of watching her on tv and in films and all the the other things she’s done -she just seems so genuine.)
She was one of the few young stars that managed to hold on to her money and invest in artwork and have things to show for her hard work.

Well, her mom was her manager. I'm sure her money was protected. Her parents raised her well.

Exactly. As someone who is SO sentimental and keeps things for the memory not because they are trending, I really appreciate someone, especially a celebrity, that values those small family heirlooms. Love that.
This is a home, not a bland showcase that you see with most other celebrity ‘homes’. I love that she concentrated on showing us the stuff that didn’t necessarily have any financial worth but was worth the most to her and that these items were the focal points all over her home. You rarely get such an intimate look into a celebrity home. I’m surprised she showed the master bedroom- something avoided by many celebrities- but respected her kids enough to give them privacy and not show their rooms. You always see these overly fussy and exquisitely tidy kids rooms on these type of tours where it’s hard to tell if a child actually lives there or if it’s a photo shoot for a catalog. She seems to be very down to earth and humble and someone I would actually like to sit in a room with and get to know and that Is rare.
The little shot glasses!!! I remember my sister and I watching her home tour on MTV when we were really young. All I could think was how cool her place was. It's nice seeing her change and her place is really gorgeous but it's so nostalgic and comforting to still see her keep a piece of her younger self's taste with her.

I love her home and all the architectural elements. My favorite is the high cathedral ceilings! The high cathedral ceilings gives an appearance of a castle. I love the court yard and pool too.Her whole house is absolutely beautiful!

Oh my gosh. I pass that house all the time on my way to Nashville West! It is my favorite house in Nashville. I spent time in New Orleans and the courtyard reminds me of it. The landscaping is perfection! I had no idea it was your home.

I wasn't allowed to watch Clarissa Explains It All growing up. So last year I sat down and binge watched the entire series.
She was a gem on that show and I'm mad that I didn't get to enjoy this as a kid but so stoked that I got to watch as an adult :)
I think it is on paramount + but I watch clarrissa I don’t get why you weren’t allowed it was on Nickelodeon that is a kids station
@@LovesDavidCassidy my mother thought that shows like that were rude and inappropriate for me... I wasn't allowed to have the fun fruit scented markers, Lisa Frank books... she was my parent and didn't allow any of that for me.

I just love her and I think anyone can live in that house and feel so comfortable with all her touches I mean who doesn't want grandmas touch all in their house especially if they're grandma meant so much to them that alone is comfort!
