    im glad i looked into this. i just got a spec twin disk clutch for my cd009 to 2jz conversion. and on their instructions it mentions peddle stop required and sold separately.
    It pays to look at instructions because i honestly wouldnt have thought about this. and i was just seeing a post of someone having issues with this same clutch and im willing to bet they didnt even mind that small detail. But who knows, i have faith in spec clutches though.

    Can I put a clutch stop on my corolla?

      Sure. You aren't actually changing much in the vehicle. You are just putting a physical stopper, something that will prevent your clutch from travelling so far down. If you are skilled at driving, this is not necessary. It's quite simple to do and, depending on the car, can be done in a few minutes, depending on the type of stock clutch stop. Make sure to check that your vehicle can start(specifically when hot, as the clutch travel required may change compared to cold starting) so you know the amount you must depress the clutch is adequate enough to start the vehicle. I'm sure there are DIY videos for your specific year.
