I like your routine. I'm looking for my own routine. I cowash about two weeks ago for the first time and my hair felt awesome. I'm trying to figure out how often do I cowash, and, how often do I wash?

I try to wash once a week. I co-wash one to two days during the week depending on the style that I have at the moment. I may skip a week or co-washing if my hair feels okay or if it's in a protective style. You have to go by how your hair feels. Coming up with a routine takes time. Take your time and find what methods and products work for you. You'll get it!!

Whenever you moisturize your hair, do you always cover it while in the shower whenever you are not washing it??

No. I don't cover it at all. The steam from the shower helps to moisturize my hair as well :)

How long do you leave the conditioner in when co-washing?

How long has it been since your big chop? I got a terrible haircut, he basically butchered my hair. I want to know how long it too you to get to this point
