The mess that Scotland is in regarding non-existent or non-provable deficits accepted as fact is a direct result of Tory implemented GERS report from 1992 which was and is a politically motivated report that masquerades as a relevant statistical analysis of Scotland's income and expenditure but follows no accepted accounting practice or procedure.
