Hey Tony! Wow what a nice haul! Glad you had a successful day with all those nice big crabbies...Maybe something to add to that grilled steak and lobster, eh? Well, have a lovely week, my friend. I always enjoy your videos. They brighten my day.
Nice to see you catching crabs Tony and hope you had a nice getaway also. Have a good week and a great weekend when you get to it. Thank you for posting your videos.
Love the content! Randomly found your channel. RVA supporter. I LOVE the females because i LOVE the mustard ! haven’t had a chance to grab this summer but if i get one hot day I’ll give it a shot! Peace
Nice catching, I went a couple of weeks ago and got a full buschel. Majority of the crabs caught were 7’’ and heavy. I think you would really enjoy a trot line and 30 circle traps
Hey Tony ! You should try foxy mate 120 T topless traps . I also used the wire ring traps but recently switched to the foxy traps . In my opinion they catch more crabs , are less likely to lose them , and stay in place better with the current . Just a suggestion if ur ever looking to try something new .
I hope ya know that croaker is one of the better tasting fish, fried, baked, sautéed,etc. also good for making mock crab cakes, if the crabbing is slow. (I use a 1/3 fish to 2/3 crab for a good tasting cake. thanks, KC
Hi, Tony. Nice video. Thank you for sharing. I want to know the rain will bring more crab or less? Also you go there is earlier morning or lare afternoon. Thank you.
Thanks. I tend to have less success after a rain. That may not affect some locations. I go whenever I have free time. I read the tides more than anything.
Please tell Sherika we miss her. I'm planning a trip to Jacksonville to go crabbing. How is Amelia Island truly? Because I went to tomeka basin which was two hours away from me near Tampa and nothing
Ok. All my crabbing spots are connected to the Atlantic Ocean somehow. Saltwater and brackish water. Rivers and creeks. Watch my older videos for tips. Thanks.

It was a good day! Ended up giving the crabs to my cousin. She was happy! Steak and Lobster turned out excellent, lol.
Yeah! How about going on a boat or kayak and going lobster fishing? That would be cool!

Sounds like fun!
Tony, this is the first video of yours I have seen. It is excellent. I love crabbing, being from N.J. and then Maryland. Keep it going, please. KC
Thanks KC! I will do my best.
As usual, I enjoyed it and thanks for sharing.
Thanks @user-ij4sippn4f. That name is wild!
I don't know why it's doing that but, my name is Butch
11:15 that is definitely a croaker

Great video's. Never been crabing. Ive started crawfishing. I live in Indiana. Turtles galore
Appreciate you! We have crawfish here also, but I haven't done it. Yeah them turtles are hell.
That sunrise on the last video was the truth
Yeah. I had stuff to do. So it was a early 1.

I would definitely use that fish for bait. You might catch more crabs.
Yep!
Nice haul Tony
Thanks JW!

Big crabs in Jacksonville
Thanks!
That fish woulda been fried up and ate
Lol!
Please tell Sherika we miss her. I'm planning a trip to Jacksonville to go crabbing. How is Amelia Island truly? Because I went to tomeka basin which was two hours away from me near Tampa and nothing
I will tell her. I've never crabbed Amelia Island.
I’m new to crabbing. You’re able to catch crabs in freshwater as well? Does it require them to be near the ocean?
Ok. All my crabbing spots are connected to the Atlantic Ocean somehow. Saltwater and brackish water. Rivers and creeks. Watch my older videos for tips. Thanks.
Croaker nice size to eat
I was thinking that!
Nice 👍👍👍😁
Thanks!
Is early morning or evening the best time to crab?
Doesn't matter. The tides has more of an effect. Some people crab at night.
CROKER GOOD EATING...
@MrBIGNAWD yeah everyone keeps saying that!
That’s a nice croaker!
That's what they saying, lol.
Im afraid the fish would have been fried up and ate😊
Wouldn't blame you, lol.
Wish I could keep the females in Maryland, I have to throw back a lot when I run my trotline
Yeah. We need regulations here and maybe the number will get better.
Why do you always measure the crabs at every possible number but zero on the ruler lol
Lol, I messed up the ruler at the end. Now it's a habit measuring from 5. Your the first person to ask that. I laughed when I read your question.
@@CrabbingWithTonyI was wondering if that was like a new way of measuring the crabs lmaoo
I would definitely use that fish for bait. You might catch more crabs.
Yep
