How tight are the other 4 screws on the short rail block? If you back them off a tiny bit where it is still tight, but not super tight, does the play decrease or go away? I had a rail block that flexed when I tightened the screws too much because the aluminum block was not perfectly flat so it ended up spreading the block tolerance just enough to cause play. I had to add 4 really fine washers which prevented the block from flexing and kept it nice and tight.
My V2 was a nightmare. They sent a rail out was worse then first. Then they sent whole unit which was worse still. I ended up swapping carriages about until I found it ok. I've had to mess with magnets also. Propper pain but its good now.
Heard something about the first batch had this low pre-tension that cause this wobble. Supposedly fixed now with higher pre tension.
I just got and installed the V2. No wobble whatsoever. No rotation, stable as heck!

Maybe try a fabreeko hb tap rail?
That's gotta be their "good quality" rail. 😂
You can see the rail is fine, the only part thats moving is the red aluminium one
