- We would like to update our viewers on what we have been up to this summer; a snippet of our summertime. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sounds and sights of the countryside and our animals.

We have the loveliest supporters and followers of our TH-cam channel 'It's a Wonderful Life'.
We remain committed to provide our content regularly, and of late, to increase the frequency of our vlogs. We have and continue to receive, many kind requests, to send gifts, or in some way help us financially with our channel.
We have given this a great deal of thought. Whilst 'Patreon' and 'go fund me' are out of the question for us, we feel the 'buy me a coffee platform' (or for us, a cup of tea!) would be a great way to do this, especially in light of its ease of use and non ongoing commitment.
Any contribution towards maintaining and hopefully enhancing our channel is very much appreciated, but never expected.

I have always found it hard to understand why your channel had never gained the traction it deserves. I can’t offer any advice other than to wish you all the best and thank you for persevering and including us in your lives again.

Some of these other vlogs are full of begging and looking for viewers to pay for their lifestyles out in France which I personally can't stand. Nice to see you back, healthy and happy. You mentioned the channel's transition from chateau restoration to different content. The current content seems to be more cottage life, homestead, homesteading, which are very popular now. Perhaps adding those words to the video description would help wake up the algorithm?

I was so happy to see that the very first TH-cam when I opened up my iPad was posted by you both, I’ve been wondering where you were and what you’ve been doing so much in fact that I’ve rewatched some of your older posts.
What a wonderful environment you live in so tranquil and calming. I’ve missed seeing your clever wood working Peter and Anna your confident presence with all the animals and watching you cook. The cats look so very content and I’m glad orphaned Annie has a caring mum to look after her.
We have had erratic Spring weather here, today is going to be 31c and after a week of dull grey rainy weather everyone is scrambling to get their washing out on the line in the welcome sunshine.

Glad you are both well and healthy. Totally understand your dilemma about your channel and content. This vlog was a very different vibe but hopefully you retain existing subscribers and take us with you in this direction. I will give it a try and see as it has always been your DIY projects originally at the Chateau and currently at your cottage interspersed with local trips out in the area that interested me. I don't understand why your channel isn't growing but If you're worried about it I was wondering if the title could have some reference to what/where your wonderful life is e.g. "french" or "the region in the name 🤔 I love the channel name as it is so this is only a suggestion 😊
I am glad that all is well with you two. I had worried that some ill health had befallen one of you. Thankful that is not the case. The country/farm life you two show, is pretty much how my siblings and I grew up. In the Midwestern US, the winters are usually quite brutal. Especially back in the mid to late 70's and early 80's. Many blizzards and substantial below zero temps. We were literally living like Little House On The Prairie lol. It was one of our favorite shows because of the resemblance. I love that your channel is different. And you always have interesting content. From home improvement to exploring and gardening, I enjoy it all. Please continue to upload.
