This really works - definitely with me, now teaching my son. Often times, we tend to forget the ready position and the non-dominant hand plays in our strokes. We use our non-dominant hand to guide the racquet for the shot, but the auxiliary support this technique provides to prepare for the best shot was not thought about. Thank you for sharing.
On volleys that are easy, you can be loose but firm with the wrist. You don’t need the wrist involved in the shot, except setting the wrist in a stable position
I have a problem doing this because my left (or non-swinging) shoulder/arm will often block my sight-line, and I'll lose vision of the ball for a split second.
Which pros forehand do you want us to analyse?

I just contemplated on this the last time i played. Works specially if you have sore arm. I'll keep this in mind when i play again. Many thanks bro.

do we also need to have a loose wrist for volleys and slice groundstrokes?

I keep framing when it's loose vs. firm...
Where can I buy a ball feeder machine?
That depends on where you are based
