I'm not sure why I just tried it, and it worked. You might be running something like Norton or another antivirus that's may be causing that ? Am I try a different browser also @nessah23
Whole household in your little residence. Very neat and organized! You know where everything is. That's amazing. Your cabin is cleaner than the majority of houses that people own - from what I've seen on You Tube, I will never understand the ways of the world when it comes to their homes. If you feel a little crowded, you've got the huge ship to walk, swim, exercise, relax, dine, read, etc. You definitely have the best of both worlds.
You have done wonderful planning! I can’t imagine getting it all organized and then managed to get it all on the ship. You need to write a brochure about planning for a world tour.
Yes, that is an excellent idea! Thank you for sharing, really helps me to plan what I need when I go cruising. I would of never thought of a lot of things you have shown. Thank you again and Happy Cruising!!
If you ever did camping or lived in an RV you can live with 1/4 of this stuff. Less equals more. I only travel with a backpack & personal item and did so for 6 months all across Europe. However, I have an upcoming trip onQM2 and this will be the first time I'm traveling with a checked piece of luggage too because I need formal wear and will be on several cruises for 2 months.
It’s way too chaotic for me, but it’s awesome that they are loving it. I’m way too claustrophobic and I have to have everything put away and hidden for a sense of peace and comfort.
I think you’ve done amazing at covering your needs and staying organized! People who are critical might be comparing apples to oranges; you can’t compare what you’d take on a one week cruise vs what you need for daily life for nearly one year! Bravo and best wishes!
Even if it was just me alone, I'd be climbing the walls after being stuck in such a small space for months on end. In particular I'd miss having a large comfy chair to sink into. Yet you manage to cope with it as an office as well. I admire your organizational ability and cheeriness
As a frequent cruiser I can tell you that on a cruise ship you mostly use your cabin for sleeping. Other than that - there's a huge ship at your disposal. So no, the small cabin does not drive you crazy (assuming that you are not crazy to begin with)
I spent about 10 months living mostly on cruise ships last year, but I travelled across a number of cruise ships - it's amazing to see how you guys are living in just one cabin - I do think it could drive me INSANE, ha! So glad to have found your channel today!
So glad you found us. Well, since you’re a well seasoned cruiser, you know we’re not in our cabin very much except to sleep and do video filming and editing.😉
You have done an amazing job at fitting a full house into 170 sq ft. And whats even more amazing is its still clean. I would have things everywhere 😂. Great video!

Thank you very much for a tour of your cabin. I was a long time Royal Caribbean Cruiser in the 80s and 90s and early 2000s and am slowly convincing myself I need to go somewhere again. And that means no Caribbean I hadn't realized that you were World Cruise could be booked in smaller segments so if they ever do this again that will be very high on my list. Your videos are very informative professional and yet lead us to see a part of your comfortable life aboard this cruise ship. I look forward to the rest of your cruise and if you don't mind I might even pick your brain with some questions one of these days or after you return. Thank you very much and happy travels❤
Sure, we're happy to answer questions. We will also have another live event where you can send us questions we can answer. We're not sure when that's going to roll around, but we will do another. Also, note that Royal has cruises around the world in Asia, Europe, and mediterranean. all over, so even without the world cruise, you can cruise another areas happy travels. 😊

Wow! You have thought of everything when organizing your cabin. 👏👏 I can only begin to imagine how difficult it is for room stewards to clean cabins that are not organized like your cabin. Thanks for sharing this information, there are so many handy tips for other cruisers.
Did you know to bring all the storage shelves and shoe holder and hooks with you on the ship? Or do you acquire them along the way? Can you get packages on the ship? What do people do about medications? You two have done such a great job!
We cannot get packages. Here is a TH-cam short that talks about how I handled my prescriptions. th-cam.com/users/shortsiKgXgaC2WbM?si=bQHXyLrOR1lrpE1u and we brought all our organizational shelving and hooks with us when we came.
Wow! I think you’ve done so well in getting organized for a 9 month cruise. I don’t think I’d do well with being on a ship for such a long time, but it does sound like fun.

Thank you for such kind words. It did feel like an undertaking, although remember, we had over a year and a half to plan for it all so we just worked on it in bite-size pieces.
What an absolutely wonderful use of space, magnets etc to create your home. I really enjoyed your tour and seeing how you laid everything out to create your home on the seas. Thank you 😊
This is wild and I love the idea! My husband and I have talked about retiring in an RV but now I'm considering a cruise ship. Great use of the limited space you have!
I have seen other travelers on TH-cam say you have to leave the ship completely every so often and move back in. Does that affect your travel? Also how much of the room is cleaned for you and how much do you do yourself? Do you have to clean the shower area etc. Just wondering.
We signed up for the full world cruise at the beginning. So we do not have to move out. Other people signed up for segments or mini legs and it’s possible their rooms change with each cruise so they have to move. Our room steward, cleans our bathroom and changes the towels And sheets weekly. Empties the trash and makes the bed daily and vacuums as needed.
Your so organized ! Can't believe your halfway through , time really does fly. I think of all the memories you will have , you are blessed . Wishing you safe travels from E. Tennessee 🙏.
Good for you guys! That has to be an experience to never be forgotten. Plus, think of how it is preparing you for the old folks home in the far off future. 😊
This video just popped up on my feed. It’s wonderful and what a blessing for a 9 month cruise. Nancy, I remember you from Embroidery It. It’s wonderful to see you again. God bless , Linda
Great video! Thank you. My wife and I are heading to our first cruise of 18 days from Ft. Lauderdale to Buenos Aires and this video has been invaluable.
We're starting to look at that as the cruise gets closer to the end but overall we've been pretty happy with what we brought and haven't really missed too much or thought we brought too much but we are going to evaluate that when we're done and then we'll put that out on a video for everyone to see
Gracious! That is an enormous amount of items in such a small space. You both must be very organized people at heart. This was a great video. I have a question... would you choose the same type and location of cabin if you did this trip again, or would you change locations/cabin types?
Interesting that you ask this. We actually went to the next cruise desk and booked an Alaskan cruise in 2025 and we are trying a cabin at the very back end of the ship looking at the back. We’ve never had one there and so we are going to try it. But otherwise, we’ve been very happy with the location of our room. It is nice and quiet.
I think y’all did a great job planning and organizing. I am naturally not an organized person, so I appreciate this video if I ever get the chance to take my own world cruise. 😊
First time viewer here. You guys have probably covered this before but did you do a lot of cruising previously to this world cruise? It seems like you guys did your homework and knew what you would need and how to keep it all organized. We’ve done a 4-day cruise (Caribbean) a 10-day cruise (Alaska) and now we’re about to do a 14-day repositioning cruise to Japan. If the 14-day doesn’t feel like too much, our goal is then try like a 30 or 45-day cruise. Eventually working our way up to a year long cruise. It was nice to see you guys making it work. Happy Travels!
Thank you for sharing your trip. We'd never be able to afford a 9moth trip but what you've done can be applied in a scaled down version so it really is a very valuable video.
That was really interesting. We're going on a 22 day cruise, so I'll be using some of your ideas. I'll also be subscribing. Thank you so much for sharing.
First of all, I live in Michigan as well and I’m completely jealous that you’re doing the ultimate cruise because I wanted to so badly but my husband and I just retired recently and it’s not the cards at least for now. You did a great job with your cabin and it sounds like you’re having a fantastic time.!! I love Royal Caribbean they are my cruise line!! God bless.
It’s pretty easy to move around the room, it may look tighter on the video. But he does make the bed empties the trash, and replaces washcloths daily. Then he vacuums and changes sheets weekly.
Thanks for the inside look! We get on Coral Princess on April 26th. And we got upgraded to a oceanview which we’re happy about. And will be in the same cabin until August 15th. Then we have another cabin for 4 days. Then another one for 11 days. Then we’re on land for a full 10 days before we get back on Coral Princess for another 14 days! I just got an extra small suitcase and hit the charity shops for more things to wear at dinners. We have also packed 6 small magnets and 4 heavy duty ones. As well as a half-dozen magnetized bag clips. We’re going to rely on the ship’s laundry except for my delicates (we have Elite status which means free laundry). We only have 8 or 9 pairs of shoes between us so the closet floor will have do. I’m glad to hear you can use your VPN with the ship’s wifi. As well as using the TV as a second monitor. With no issues, I assume? I hope that’s the case for our ship as well. Bon voyage!

I love that you have a balcony! I think for any length of time it’s nice to have a private retreat other than your room.
For this amount of time, we absolutely had to have a window. We need natural light.

I wouldn’t use that brush, because when you do a number 2 it sprays and also keep toothbrushes in cabinet.
You are both adorable. So glad my algorithm brought me here ❤
Welcome. Glad to have you join us!
Your room still looks very organized. What have you not used that you thought you would and what do you wish you had brought?
We're starting to look at that as the cruise gets closer to the end but overall we've been pretty happy with what we brought and haven't really missed too much or thought we brought too much but we are going to evaluate that when we're done and then we'll put that out on a video for everyone to see
Laundry sheets are a great space saver and no risk of spillage. Also you can tear off a bit for handwashing in the cabin.
Nice tip
Wow, So many things I never would have thought about but you have showed they are needed.
We truly have used most everything we have brought along.
Really enjoyed that, thank you! It's fascinating how you've fitted so much in!
Thanks so much!
Yall have so organized. It's great. Continue to have a wonderful time.
Thanks so much!
Thank you for yoyr hospitality - watching from outside London
wow, you really have it organized.
Thanks so much!
Talk about organization!! Wow! I'm very impressed!
Thank you!
I like how you have made things accessible but not on the floor. Smart!!!
Thanks
Thank you for sharing your cabin and trip with us. So jealous! 🥰
Thanks for watching!
Wow! Awesome! You certainly have organized well!
Thank you! 😊
I think y’all did a great job planning and organizing. I am naturally not an organized person, so I appreciate this video if I ever get the chance to take my own world cruise. 😊
Thank you so much!
We had done less than a dozen cruises before the world cruise. And our longest cruise before this was seven days.
Thank you for sharing your trip. We'd never be able to afford a 9moth trip but what you've done can be applied in a scaled down version so it really is a very valuable video.
Absolutely! Thanks for the great comment! 🥰
That was really interesting. We're going on a 22 day cruise, so I'll be using some of your ideas. I'll also be subscribing. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thanks for sailing along with us. Enjoy your cruise
You have done a great job organizing your cabin.
Thanks so much!
Your cabin is just as organized as the first day y’all are awesome
Thanks so much!
Absolutely amazing! Well done. Keep the great videos coming. Happy cruising!
Thanks so much!
God bless.
Great to hear from a fellow michiganer. stay tuned and watch as Royal Caribbean will announce the next one in the near future
You're both really good at your presentation, and I enjoyed your video. I will also be using the term "clirty" in the future. :)
Thanks so much for watching and following along with us on our journey.
How does your room Steward manage to clean your room daily & make the Bed.
It’s pretty easy to move around the room, it may look tighter on the video. But he does make the bed empties the trash, and replaces washcloths daily. Then he vacuums and changes sheets weekly.
@@livingphase2 Thanks for your reply . I live in Cairns Queensland .
Bon voyage!
Thanks for sharing about all of your exciting upcoming cruising. That’s wonderful!. We’ve had no issues using the TV as a second monitor.
