This was obviously an off day as John Bush is usually so on the ball live (check out even much later shows like Sonisphere 2009). Best Anthrax singer for me and I prefer the songs they did in this era.
100% agree david... it's always hard to accept a big change, especially for lead singers... i'd say there's only a handful of examples where the lead singer change was arguably better in the end... the Bush era stuff is a different band IMO, but i think Sound of White Noise is right up there with Spreading the Disease or Among The Living as the best Anthrax records...
It was Power Hour, until music started sucking and the good shows dwindled away. But what I really miss is Teresa Roncon. At 15yrs old, she was my dream girl. Not only a hottie, but a hottie who loved metal.
Because grunge took over in the early 90's. Almost all metal bands were dropped from their labels and not supported. It's common knowledge that the new head of Elektra came in and said they didn't support or want Anthrax, therefore Stomp 442 got zero promotion from the label and they were dropped. Hard to be "popular" if no one can find your album in stores
@Mandeenky Because he's fucking awesome. Belladonna's a king but Bush is great too. Here's how I see it. John is a better singer. Joey is a better Anthrax singer.

doesn't matter was still badass
Great album !
NOT
Scott's in full-on 90's skate attire. Weird to see him play in long pants, haha.
John’s easily in the top 3 of metal frontmen ever and Charlie is arguably the most underrated drummer ever
I agree. Charlie never gets his due respect as a drummer. But I think he's an even MORE underrated songwriter.
This is when Much Music actually use to play music! Now it's nothing but dance music garbage & Tv shows. But Stomp442 is my favorite John Bush album.
Your own comment is garbage
Holy shit. I remember watching this live.
Didn’t like the Bush-era at the time, but now I think it’s awesome. I feel the same way about Van Hagar and Motley Corobi.

nice music to play while underway in an open sea.
I have this on VHS and also Riding Shotgun from the same performance. You should upload that as well as it really kicks ass!

Bush fue un excelente cantante para Anthrax
Juntos venceremos la pandémia
the anthrax i love!!!
Saw this band in 1995. Intense asffff
Miss John in Anthrax
🔥🔥🔥
Wish they played Perpetual Motion .
I love me some Bush! Fuckin A is for Anthrax!!!!
lml fuuuuuuck yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaahhhh !!!!!!
I so miss hot metal gals. I think I was born in the wrong country. You have any sisters? Jk
Great song & album , too bad label screwed them . Never seen Paul Crook with long hair before . They sounded good here 🤘🏻
Frank Bello always in my top 5 of thrash bass players.
John ain't soundin too good here, and they really changed their whole image quick, but still sick!
I loved Bush in Anthrax but Joey is their voice. Everyone, why do you think they weren’t as popular?
🤷🏻♂️

Half of the band is baggy pants while the other half is still form fitting, while playing early groove metal.
Bush was an amazing force
John Bush looking like the lost Sklar brother who just rolled out of bed.
Dan Spitz parting ways part 1...........
Holy shit he's off in this. Backing vocals are great though.
heavy as fuck
obviously Scot was set to survive the grunge avalanche
Bush was a legend before Anthrax. 442 is ass kicking.
who's the other guitarist besides Frankie?
LadyV431 Paul Crook.
It seems like around the time of Stomp442, Bushes voice starts to kind of lose it, but imo Volume 8 is their best Bush era album
Gimmler333 You've obviously not seen him live! Everyone has an off day! I saw him do a kickass show in March 2017!
Day job rock
Bush is a better singer than Belladonna...not sure about frontman but he can sing circles around Joey.
Stomp 442 is their most underrated release!
Mai sottovalutare Stomp 442.🤘
That’s stupid
That’s not right
Thats right !!!

Whatta fuck?
This’s Anthrax trying to be grunge 🤣
Not grunge, it sounds like something Helmet could've written
I like John when I heard SOWN... Not much with Stomp... Ew...
horrible performance of a great song.
This SUX.
