Easy DIY CPAP Mask Liner

A lot of people have been asking on Instagram what I'm wearing around my mask. Sometimes, when the skin under my CPAP breaks out, I use a liner that I made out of leggings material (stretchy cotton.) In this video I show how I make it.

Thank you so much for this info. I have been cutting them much smaller and out of any cotton fabric I found ( I am a sewer so not hard!) but this seems so much easier as I am very sensitive to the silicon mask.

I recommend to bring a sun protection armband It's better to cut and modify.

I've tried this to make a better fitting mask. It hasn't worked. It may help with breakouts, but it doesn't help with the problems I'm having with fit. I do have an easier way: put a sock on it! (Put it over your mask, then cut out holes for the air line and the face.)
