Have you tried turn on the AMD FSR frame gen? It is compatible with RTX 20 and RTX 30 series nvidia gpu. Since DLSS frame gen only support RTX 40 and above.

use dlss
u can use fsr for frame generation, u can play on high setting and 80 fps atleast.
Game is poorly optimised.. Worlds looks and runs better!
Can't even get the game to run without crashing.. have a 2080 super with a Ryzen 3600.
Hopefully it will be more stable when it is released later
