Regarding dockage, I am selling this boat for a private party and his slip is paid for the summer of 2020, I am confident he would be willing to let you use the slip for the summer. We do have slips available at our marina for next year if you would be interested, I have not seen our 2021 rate sheet but our 2020 price for a 30 foot slip like the boat is in now was $3,200.
