Sam, thank you for the great review. I actually test drove the same XLE trim level but, a non hybrid/gasoline version the day before you posted the video. You are definitely spot on with fit and finish. Plus love the all around visibility. Great commanding view up front as well as the side belt lines and seating position

Great review Sam! Surprised how nice the Camry is. I cant wait to see how it fares against the Accord Hybrid. P.S. Love that you listen to BPM....

Great Review Sam,this is what an auto reviewer should do instead of nagging about the looks all video long.AutoGuide should hire the likes of individuals like you instead of these Jokers they’ve got who call themselves car enthusiasts (lol like really?).Bravo Sam!!!

Thanks Sam, can you please test the LE hybrid? I want to know if the better battery is a good trade off..

SAM: Very nice review and thanks for sharing! Not sure if it is cost-effective to get a hybrid Camry or a non-hybrid. The former is much more expensive and would I get my money back in gas savings years later? And those batteries do not last forever and would not be cheap to replace. Finally, that front grill in this version is UGLY but not a deal-breaker.

Great Review Sam! As a 16 Camry Hybrid XLE Owner, this is great to hear. I just have one question though regarding the fuel range. Toyota reduced this new gen's gas tank size from 17 gal to 13 gallons. I am impressed by the higher mpgs certainly. However, from a full tank, what did the "cruising range" show?

Did you film the interior portion of the review near a bird nest?

Whatever you do don't buy a Toyota from Brookdale Toyota in Minnesota. I have a friend who believes his brand new 2017 Toyota Highlander was in a crashed repaired horribly and sold to him as brand new. Disgusting

The mechanics may be good, but the styling is nauseating. Toyota does not know what cars are supposed to look like. They want to make vehicles that look like strange fish, alien snow plows, and war wagons. They need to fire their design staff and hire people who understand what elegance and understated beauty are all about. The interior of the Camry is horrible as well. It has a Las Vegas definition of style, not a tasteful definition of style. Toyota designers think we all want over-the-top cartoon looking cars. That is just not the case. Stop trying to be "aggressive" and "edgy". Toyota designers should look at the history of automotive design and find the romance of friendly looking, thoughtful designs that don't look like evil vehicles constructed to run over pedestrians. The psychology of Toyota has become mentally sick.

Christopher Calder You wrote a storybook & Toyota doesn’t even care what YOU think lol...Who were you trying to reach? 😂

A lot of people hate the new Toyota design language. It is not just me. They have gone ghoulish and weird; not a good move for a conservative customer base. I bet you they will see the light and change directions at some point.

Christopher Calder What? Lol This vehicle has been highly received by the “actual customers” of the brand (not the whiners)...November the new Camry sold better than ever in 4 years. It sold 34k units.I have no clue about what other people are saying but it’s selling really well.
It’s always individuals that’s not buying the vehicle that seems to be complaining the most & the actual buyers just do the do & drive off.
