I have a tip for next time: Since you look for green switches, open a hiding spot, then flick the interior switch from outside, then TURN OFF the outside switch to reopen it, now when you go in the switch is off so it doesn’t look like you’re in there

That back and forth of Moonbo trying to find Scrapman's spot was just straight up cartoonishly ridiculous. I cannot believe with how much you got away with without being found. Absolutely hilarious.
Love these videos, and the maps just keep getting better. I'm glad you took some time to learn the map before the video, I wouldn't mind a double length video with the initial exploring included. I agree about the hint system, having it at a fixed time makes it fairer, first after five minutes, then three, then two or one, and another every one minute after that. would be cool if a mod could enforce the hint system, maybe in a way a little more subtle than the hammer though, idk... Mostly I would love if you could share each others' footage and do a Picture in Picture format, at least when hiding yourself, but even when seeking I think it would be cool to see from the others' perspectives how close you get. I know that is more editing work, but I think it would make the videos really shine.

If the hider can move, evade, and pursue new hiding spots - you aren't playing Hide and Seek anymore - you're playing tag. In Hide and Seek the hider has to stay in their chosen hiding spot until found or the seeker gives up.

I feel like Kan's strategy of destroying the bed would work if he got in and then Scrapman destroyed the bed, the door would close and he'd still be able to open it, but from the inside.
The use of the hammer at 24:48 gave me an idea - Scrap Mechanic Sumo You could have a platform, potentially placed high in the air to make victory more clear, and the goal is to knock your opponent off with your hammer I'm not sure how well this would work, but I'd like to at least share the idea
this series is one of the most entertaning videos you make the suspens the comendy is great and i have watched all of the hide and seak and im loving every second of it
the invincible hiding spot is possible! Assuming that the closet is controlled by 2 switches in an xor gate (which it probably is), you first activate the switch on the bed, opening the closet. Then, while standing outside the closet, you have to press the switch inside the closet, closing it (at this point, both switches should be on). Now, destroy the bed, and the closet should open. Then, you can get inside the closet and close it from the inside.
Hey @ScrapMan , if you are the hiders, and your friend gets spotted and is now following the seeker around, try to switch place with him just to see how long it will take for the seeker to notice it
My very competitive self just crumbles when scrapman simply shoots like 5 free shots and completly spoils his spot (and then nearly again on the 3rd round). One hammer hit was all he needed to do lmao
What about a completely different challenge: you don't build vehicles at the start and have to run to the finish BUT you allowed to use ANYTHING to get advantage from dragging a wall in front of other players to even making a small car (but creations you make cannot be taken on lift) that will take some time but give you a huge advantage if other players didn't build a wall of explosives! I think it would be a refreshing experience
having a few rules could be fun. 1) you have to hit a found person with 5 spuds. if they get out of sight for 10 seconds, that count resets. 2) after each 5 minutes the hiders HAVE to change hiding spots. something like that.
There's no good way to count individual hits with server latency, lack of feedback for the target, and no health bars/damage in creative. Forcing to change hiding spots at certain intervals could be a good idea, though.
@@WhitzWolf92 didnt think of that. good point. i kinda needed rule 1 to make rule 2 viable, though. in my mind they need a bit of a buffer when the seeker sees them in a hallway

There's a major positive to being first seeker, such as you get to study the map/location and find some of the best spots to hide.
