TCCC is abbreviated as T triple C, although up in Canada, TCCC is the role of TCCC qualified infantry soldiers and is one level below the Medic. All soldiers learn Combat first aid, 1 per section learn TCCC, and 1 medic per platoon.
Baller video as always. Whenever I am bored or in the mood, I’ll make a team organization with all 50 players depending on the layer. Speaking of which, I’ll probably do that now!!!
Definitely not a hot take. Absolutely agree the base level of tactical unit is the squad making the platoon leadership overseeing the operational picture
Amazing video! Lots of ideas to implement in live games (looks at an average server populace and how you with the boys cant manage single FV510) - aah, we’re fine as we are.
It’s a mix of fun ideas and also a new perspective to help players understand the game better. Keep pushing the envelope for what we expect out of the playerbase!
@@HaebyungDance Definitely trying to form a coherent unit, whenever I command the team. This whole premise of CMD being “a guy for artillery and airstrike call ins” is disappointing to me. Everyone genuinely has a better time with even decent CMD. But realistically, if you can put your squad together, and make them stick in a blob, vaguely resembling formation - its already good. Given that you cannot force people into roles, or even moreso - make somebody drop HAT kit, despite them being 3rd in a vehicle crew, (meaning they usually die with the IFV, on top of wasting HAT), all this complex and thought out compositions are left out for clan guys (but not for clan kids - those are retards with inflated egos, thinking that rolling weakest of blueberries is mega-cool).
Thanks - I’ve actually been further developing a different model for organized scrim composition because with that level of control there are more things that become possible.
Excellent video! Totally agree with your take on MG's and snipers in this game. Maybe snipers can have the ability to place markers on the map even without FTL? That could enable and encourage them to play the ISR role.
I thought that it would be interesting for dedicated sniper rifles to be deployable from an SL, that way it was something chosen at the structural level, rather than a personal decision.
Another good one but a small tweaks the designated marksmen is often in the weapons squad the regular squad will have the cls guy carry a skidco so no rockets for all of them. Also this is a little past platoon but we also have a heavy weapons company D co who have vehicles even if were aren’t in vehicles. Also I’ve done almost all up to brigade live fires and attacks and the issue in squad is the map is huge I will admit. The PL does not lead the platoon 😉 he manages it but the way we’d handle our live movements in platoon level is weapons squad will get into place and open up with the Carl G or the 240 (now you see why the marksmen is in this squad) and as they fire the other squads flank and maneuver on the target then weapons packs up and moves closer and then keep moving
So it’s kinda hard to simulate that type of behavior in a game and what’s fun is once we are reacting to fire the rules and sops usually go out the window
@@HaebyungDance that’s exactly what it is usually the best shooter or one of the best in the platoon. It depends on your mettc though. My platoon never had one but first platoon and third platoon had one down range
It makes sense that’s where a marksman would live - and it sounds like it’s a way to make more use of the role’s full capabilities with longer effective range. Did these guys use an LPVO or did they have something else? My understanding is that the SMDRs are issued with a 1-6x. Btw good point on PL being more of a manager than a leader. I guess they end up doing a lot more planning, issuing orders, then managing synchronization and leaves execution to the NCOs once the fight starts.
@ I wanna say it was an Lcan the (6 times from pubg) but I’m not entirely sure. I didn’t get my hands on one personally lol. The Platoon daddy is in charge the PSG the PL is usually a butter bar a fresh out of college LT what’s he know besides school? This is probably the Platoon sergeants 4 deployment lol technically the PL shouldn’t even know your name a good one makes the plans and leaves it to his non commissioned officers to execute usually with great free will
I think mechanized squads tend to be rare because in theory they’re a bit suboptimal but in the 7th rangers they are allowed and semi-frequently run, especially when there’s a group of friends that want to do it together in a single squad.

Far from it, but thank you

Nice.
It's interesting to think that if RL was also limited to super small manpower sizes, battles would be fought basically like it is in Squad.
Yeah minus a few obvious details like spawn points - the “arena” would likely create its own gamified dynamic like Squad

Another thought I had was have them be able to place a rally only they could use so that can stay behind enemy lines.
Great idea. It might encourage risky behavior though. Doesn't the Supermod allow 2 man sniper teams? Might be good to implement in vanilla IMO.

TCCC:
"Tee-Triple-See", at least in the Corps, but I can't imagine it said much another way.
See that makes sense. Thank you.
Army uses 'TC3'. Less syllables because less crayons.
Snipers should get access to recon drones/FO capabilities/laser designators for the command air strikes.
Good day when he uploads
Let me know what you think afterwards!
20:00 MG kit in 8.2 is a laser now, I believe it comes down to positioning now more than ever. 8.2 more rolled back ICO update a ton
Yes the devs have definitely improved the situation in terms of the weapons accuracy
good vid, thanks dance.
Thanks for watching!
I think they should add the ability to shoot out of transport. Like how most of the fights In generation kill are them shooting out of their humvees
love it
Thanks
Give the marksman the ability to call in commander assets and it will become a useful kit
That’s a really interesting idea. And maybe give the commander more abilities to differentiate and emphasize command more.
Good vid, is this gameplay mostly on the (7th) Rangers Invasion or RAAS Server
Yes mostly on the RAAS server (Quicksilver) while the intro/conclusion are from a scrim against TacTrig.
Good vidya

13:37 are the dual jesus mounted side by side or over/under?
Good question. I’m partial to over under myself.
Is there any decent server where mechanized infantry squad are often used and encouraged? Unlike them being forbidden?
