Oil cleansing is great Joie, but traditionally a soft warm cloth follows to remove oil. Don't use those wipes they leave debris and they are harsh. Toner can be applied with your hand by upward circular strokes etThose cotton pads leave debris. Toner is not for removing excess. Its for toning and restoring PH balance. I liked that you didn't leave the water running. You skim looks great

Can you do a video on your time management? Like how do you schedule yourself to clean your home, do laundry, continue working on your business plans, working out, and still making time to keep yourself together like self care.. (waxing, nails, etc) ? I feel like I never have enough time in the day. Do you pre plan everything to a T???

Outsource what you can. I personally have a cleaning service that comes every other week. Not that expensive and worth every penny

I clean a little bit EVERY day. Just quickly for.like maybe 15 to 20 mins. So I'm never needing to clean for hours or full days. Sometimes I fill my washing machine then go clean..and by the time I take my clothes out to put in the dryer..im done. And can rest

To reduce redness I would
1. Get rid of the witch hazel and replace it with paula’s choice bha exfoliant.
2. Vitamin C at night and alternate days with the paulas choice
3. Get rid of the wipes and use a make eraser. Amazon has a good inexpensive dupe and it comes with 10-12 in a pack
Joie, if your skin is dry you should really try adding Hyaluronic Acid to your routine

To the ladies that wear make up, remember to wash your neck area as well. As when we apply make up we put it just below the chin so that our make up blends together. Also the neck area should get the same treatment as your face.

This was kind of mean. Although you probably didn’t mean anything by it but just remember everyone grows up differently and are not from the same place. So you have people with different accents, people who grew up in the hood, people who grew up in the suburbs, some who went to good schools and some who went to bad ones...also people have speech impediments as well! Everyone is not going to speak like Joie.

This has nothing to do with where someone comes from or speech impediments. The young poet at the Presidents inauguration has a speech impediment and is extremely articulate. I’ve heard people who would be considered “ghetto” still be articulate in their speech. I’ve heard people who have gone to private schools, and come from well off neighborhoods be some of the most inarticulate speakers. From what I’m reading here it sounds like you personally equate being well spoken/ expressive to socio-economic status, upbringing or ability. Which is unfortunate because it has nothing to do with it.

I never dry my face I just keep it wet and put my moisturizer and serums on a wet face and let it air dry !!! I use really cold water ... Also I invested in some reusable make up remover pads on Amazon... one of the best things Ive changed in my face routine.

I use thayers as well. I love it. I use my rose water witch hazel in the morning after I wash my face then the lavender witch hazel at night.

I used the concentrate last year. But it gave me bumps as it was too heavy and too active. However it removed the dryness from my hands for good. Vitamin C should be used at night as it makes skin sensitive to sun. I do not use vitamin C but I use like hydrating serum from Lancome or other brand. I use la mer sun block and cream occasionally as the cream tend to be a bit fat to use everyday. And is best for winter and spring.
Friend this was aloootttt lol, I throw some coconut oil on and call it a night. I'm too lazy for this routine. :(
