- A few weeks ago, Axel got attacked by Coyotes in his own yard! Axel belongs to our friend Amanda. Thankfully, she was quick to react and Axel wasn't hurt to badly. He has recovered from most of his injuries! He is one lucky dog!

I am so sorry Axel got hurt and glad he is doing better. The cat is adorable...and very fast. Thanks for letting us see Oakley eat her apple in her kennel. Did she eat all of it, except seeds,before you took it out? Oakley, you are so special and precious. I'm glad you were able to save some food from the garden at the farm. The apple crisp looks delicious.

Poor Axel. Coyotes can be so bad in certain areas. Cute little black kitty, I have 2. To have access to all of those apples would be wonderful. Apple crisp, apple butter, apple pie, apple sauce! Yum! I love Oakley with her dirty nose. She is soo sweet with those apples.
I am so glad Axel is OK. Also, her brining that apple in the house was so cute. I loved it.

My dog loves loves apples! He always bring one down and eats it! He eats 3-4 a day and we try to stop him but he keeps howling if we takes them from him 😂

I researched a few websites, and found that apples are a fruit that help with arthritis and can reduce inflammation. Oakley may be eating them because they help to reduce the pain in her joints. Just wanted to share this. :)

Also, you should buy some cheap bedsheets to spread under the trees before you shake them so it's easier to collect the apples when they fall.

For the topping use a pastry cutter or potato masher. Using a fork takes too long and requires a lot of elbow grease. Hot crumble with ice cream is geat!
As far as your plants are concerned, I would suggest that you put a thick layer of straw underneath them just to stop the frost, even if it doesn't freeze. Better luck next year.

So I had a dream about Oakley the other night. She ended up having a baby! A fan spotted a fury husky ear sticking out of her fluffy but in a previous video! She only had the one fur baby and it was a she, like a mini Oakley :)
