I got this backback to for my 11th birthday in January and i give it a 5 stars! I took my service cat around everywhere he seemed to enjoy it until he got to heavy for my shoulders and so a bought a stroller to make it easier for me to take him places but i still take the bag with me just incase we are going to starbucks or something but yeah… this bag is great
