Hey there I'm having an issue with my plastic mugs. I use Normal bond paper to cover them but still they get deformed and bruised and the paper stick to them. Can I ask what time/temperature do you use and what do cover them with 😢🥺🙏

are you using sublimation plastic polymer mugs and an insulation insert? Ensure mugs are meant for sublimation.
