Hi Dharnyel ,I really love your designs and tutorial .I have a doubt ,I'm just a beginner and started learning Photoshop one and a half months ago .I want to be a graphic designer ,but I often get stucked thinking about my creativity because I don't able to get any ideas of my own while designing😢😢I often collapse and lose my patience when I try to follow any tutorial .What should I do ? Is it my overthinking ?😢
Welcome to the rollercoaster ride of being a graphic designer, my friend! Here's the deal: 1. Patience is Key: You've only been at this for a month and a half. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are design skills. Think of yourself as a fine wine; you need time to age and get better. 2. Overthinking? Probably: Designers often get into their own heads. Here's a little trick - when you find yourself stuck, stop. Literally, stop what you're doing. Go for a walk, watch something funny, or just stare at the clouds. Creativity often strikes when you're not forcing it. 3. Tutorials are Tools, Not Gospel: Tutorials are there to teach you techniques, not to make you a clone of the designer giving the tutorial. Use them to learn the "how," but let your own taste dictate the "what." Exercise: After following a tutorial, try to recreate the design with a twist. Change the colors, the font, or the layout. Make it yours. 4. Embrace Failure: Every design you think is a failure is actually a lesson. Keep them, look back, and see how far you've come. 5. Professional Insight: Remember, every designer has moments where they feel like they're just not creative enough. The trick is to keep going. Creativity is a muscle; the more you use it, the stronger it gets. Lastly, remember, graphic design isn't just about being creative; it's about solving problems visually. Sometimes, the most creative solution is the simplest one. Keep experimenting, keep learning, and most importantly, keep enjoying the process.
