- 🥬Come join me for an urban balcony vegetable garden tour. Small space container garden can be challenging, but very rewarding and fun! In this video, I'll share what's growing in container garden on my balcony deck for fall 2020.
👩🏻🌾I've been preserving abundant harvests from my summer no-dig garden. There are a few vegetable preserving recipes I am in love with, and one of them is Japanese pickled Cucumbers.

Thank you so much! It’s one of IKEA’s under bed storage containers called SOCKERBIT. The measurements are 19 ¾ x 30 ¼ x 7 ½ inches. I hope they work well for you, too!

Potting soil +perlite +fertilisers
Hello! Thank you so much for stopping by☺️ For most of my soil for containers in balcony garden, I mix peat moss, perlite, bagged cow manure(like Black Kow), vermiculite and fertilizer. I turn them and mix in new fertilizer and cow manure at the beginning of the season. I hope this helps!

Hi, thank you so much for stopping by. I use Dr. Earth organic fertilizer for everything. It is 4-6-3, and contains beneficial soil microbes & mycorrhizae.

Where can I get some to buy in japan here
I am from Japan, but I’m currently living in the US. I checked Amazon in Japan, but the price is way too expensive compared to other Japanese organic fertilizers. I’d go check any home improvement center (In Japan, we call it “ホームセンター = home center”) I hope it helps🙏🏻☺️

Hello! Wow, thank you so much for asking. Yes, I am well😊 I’ve been out of states working on a tiny cabin renovations. I hope to come back to my gardens full time and start making videos again soon! My vegs in gardens this year are on auto pilot defending themselves from all sorts of elements. They are doing pretty well surprisingly. I hope your garden is thriving🌱✨
