- Anyone who lives in the (big) city will know it. Having your own garden is about as likely as winning the lottery. It's considered lucky that our rental apartment has a (south-facing) balcony. But not everyone has that luxury. So what can you do if you don't have any open-air space available, but still want to grow your own vegetables?

Thank-you for sharing your knowledge and experience on growing microgreens, I can't believe it's simple and doable in my tiny apartment! I really like the calm nature of all your videos, they really put me at ease and inspire me to connect more with nature every day. I also love that you include your young daughter in your edible growing journey and I love that she gets so excited by every aspect of growing. This is such a healthy and learning memory for a young child that I wish more children have.

Your videos are truly a class apart from most of the other contents in the same genre I've seen on TH-cam. The whole experience, it's almost meditative. Being an introvert myself, I appreciate the 'no talking' policy. Sometimes, a bit of silence can be profoundly healing. I have been wanting to grow sprouts and microgreens in my kitchen for months. I even have the supplies sitting on my kitchen counter. I've watched hundreds of videos on the subject and your 9 minute video was more informative than any of them that I have watched. That's part of the reason why my supplies are still sitting on the counter. Because I was so confused on exactly how to grow them. Thank you for clearing that up for me. I really appreciate your video. The only thing for me, is, it was hard to keep up reading the screen and watching you at the same time but it was worth it for the content I received. I just paused and went back and forth. You and your daughter are truly beautiful souls. Thank you. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I watch this video... and still really love it and enjoy it. I LOVE what you did in those 86m2! We definetely have No Excuse to grow some sprouts indoors or have plants! I am challenging ourselves to grow 33 trees for each member of the family (that is what we need to breathe!)

I loved your video, a clear explanation, the music, you both working together and caring for the plants, the soothing light and atmosphere of your place. Nice edition and thanks for sharing!
Please do not use toiletpaper or similar papers for microgreen cultivation! Usualy it contains chemicals such as bleching agent and so on, which will dissolved in the water and then be absorbed by the microgreenroots. You may not taste those chemicals in the sprouds...but they are there! For health reason please use the other options.
What about tissues or kitchen towels? If they are also not good, what do you recommend using?
