I’ve realized something I love about your videos- they’re always HELPFUL. You remind me of “old-school TH-cam” that way, and I always appreciate your hard work. ☺️
I love the idea of mixing a highlighter with a body lotion, I've been wanting to find and buy a glowy body lotion for nights out and now I can just make my own!
I don't wear highlighters, but wound up with two powder highlighters that came with other products. Neither is shimmery, and one is a pale yellow, the other a pale pink. I started using them to set my under eyes. They work quite well, and help my concealer lighten my dark circles.
I had a liquid Wet N Wild highlighter that I didn't like on my face... brought it with me on vacations to mix with my body lotion and body SPFs and used it up that way! Loved It!
How about contour for the next one? I know I have a couple of contour products I still use for theater makeup, but the creams are going to expire before I can go back onstage safely again.
I love cream highlighters. I mix them with almost everything but ESP my under eye concealed as I wear thiccc glasses and need that extra boost of radience.
Thanks Sarah! Great ideas! I really wanted the Huda GloWish skin tint and I finally said NO! I won’t touch my other highlighters if I’m already glowy. Hah, I saw the kitten! 😸
Thank you Sarah! That was really fun and helpful. Highlighters are hard to use up, but have so many purposes as you showed. I'd love to see blush next. I'd love to see your look today, as well :)
Thanks for the tips 😄 I already do some of them and I decided that when I finished all my glowy primers I'm not gonna buy a new one since mixing an hydrating one with highlighter gives the same effect! Same for the body, why buy all those oils and lotions when you can just mix a normal body cream with some highlighter? 😅 Keep the good work Sarah 🥰
Love it so much I stopped the video to make a lotion mix with my catrice highlighter. Hate to chop it up but it’s not getting used but it will now! Thanks Sara! 😊
Love this series!! I am always looking for ways to repurpose my makeup. I haven’t watched yet, just so excited I’m commenting first haha. I have a liquid high light that’s too blinding for me. I like more natural highlights. I’m going to use it this summer to highlight my shoulders and collar bones!
Good series! I often fluff a mild pressed highlighter all over my face mixing with blush. Just needing to get through my liquid illuminizer. I keep avoiding/forgetting to mix it with my lotion. I think I might just need to dump it directly into the lotion at this point. I have a retractable brow pencil that isn't very fine tipped once you start to use it. I'm attempting to use it as a brown eyeliner but it isn't soft enough and is pulling at my lids. Also not that pigmented so I'm rubbing it back and forth. Anyway to make it work for eyes or tips to use it as it's intended purpose? I miss my brow wiz but I don't want to just toss this
Maybe try picking up the product from the pencil with a thin brush? Maybe also warming it up would help, but for me personally that would too much fuss. 😁 but the brush method I do often with my kajal crayon which is way too thick to apply straight from the main packaging. 😊
Un tips usar como esmalte de uñas , vi en el canal de Rebecca Morgan tutorial de como usar las sombras como esmalte de uñas y probe con mi iluminador que estoy intentando terminar y me encantó el resultado...
I like using too-dark highlighters as one-and-done eyeshadows!
Ooh love that idea!!
That’s a good idea!
Same! Becca opal is way too dark for me. So I use it as shadow
Oooh I'm going to try this with my ABH Sun Dipped glow kit highlighters!
I just want to add I got the idea from Kelly Gooch!

aww thank you so much for your sweet comment!
I mix liquid highlighters with liquid lipsticks to create customized dewy blushes
Ooh love that tip!!
@@SarahRoseBeauty yes, try it! It makes the lipstick blendable and a bit more glowy and it lasts way longer than liquid blushes❤
I'd love to see lipsticks! Great series 😌
Ooh I'll add that one to my list!
I love the idea of mixing a highlighter with a body lotion, I've been wanting to find and buy a glowy body lotion for nights out and now I can just make my own!
You can also use it as a nail polish!
Ooh yes!! That sounds so fun!

I wonder if mixing highlight with loose powder can make a sheer highlight like the hourglass ambient lighting ones
ooh good idea!
Oh my gosh, I've been trying to pan a face powder and a highlighter but I never thought of using them together! Great idea!
Thanks Sarah! Great ideas! I really wanted the Huda GloWish skin tint and I finally said NO! I won’t touch my other highlighters if I’m already glowy.
Hah, I saw the kitten! 😸
😻😻😻
I'll have to try that body lotion one when it's summer here in NZ 🌞
I definitely want to see a video on blush. I often get tired of it before I use it up.
That will definitely be coming soon!
Thank you Sarah! That was really fun and helpful. Highlighters are hard to use up, but have so many purposes as you showed. I'd love to see blush next. I'd love to see your look today, as well :)
Thank you Joan!! I’m thinking blush will be next!
You gave me so great ideas, I'm definitely going to try making a glowy body lotion!
I’m wearing the glowy lotion today and it’s perfect!!! Subtle but so pretty! So glad I didn’t throw that highlighter away!
