Basically how they are going to explain away the events of the Skyrim civil war, the murder of the emporer, the death of the greybeard leader, the fate of the blades and the fate of the last Dragonborn's soul, not to mention the fate of the volkihar vampire clan (wiped out by Dawnguard or helped by Dragonborn).
For me the teaser trailer screams hammerfell, it's very patchy and dry, and if you look at the teaser you can see on the coast a formation of land that sticks out 3 timed just like in the map.
I agree, it does look more like Hammerfell. In general, Hammerfell has more to offer. The shaky reconciliation of the Crowns and the Forebears and the political fallout and in-fighting that are sure to follow, the question of whatever happened to Taneth, Orsinium being in Hammerfell, Sword-Singing. Plus we've got "In my time of need" in Skyrim, which was probably our biggest clue. Hell, the game began with the line "If it weren't for you I'd be halfway to Hammerfell by now."
Žan Ujčič I think it is going to be both considering that their is considerable amount of hints about both regions. I am thinking that the Thamlor invade and counquor cyrodil and Skyrim imeditatly after the civil war. This makes it possible not to address who seeing as who won was irrevlant. Leaving Highrock and Hammerfell as the only two human provinces not under elvish control. Since the septim Empire is over High rock and Hammerfell form the ebonheart pact again.
1. There is a considerable amount of hints towards Hammerfell, much less so for High Rock. I don't recall anything major being mentioned about High Rock aside from them not responding to Ulfric's offer of alliance and Wayrest having fallen to corsairs in Cicero's journal. 2. There are plenty of other reasons why the civil war's results need not be mentioned, such as the treaty of High Hrothgar being the canon ending to the war, or as some have pointed out, the Empire winning despite the LDB joining Ulfric's side, as should that happen, documents appear stating that a considerable force is being prepared to retake Skyrim. 3. Elven, not elvish. This isn't Tolkien. 4. There is no such thing as the Septim Empire, there is the Third Empire, ruled by the Mede Dynasty. And even if it was called the Septim Empire, it hasn't been the Septim Empire for about 200 years now. 5. I think you mean the Daggerfall Covenant, not the Ebonheart Pact. Though I could see it reforming in the event of the Empire collapsing. Still think it would be a waste of two provinces to just tell a Second Great War story. I want to see a dedicated game, dedicated to the culture and lore of a province. Hammerfell I'd personally like to see a main quest dealing with Sword-Singing, perhaps trying to prevent a new Hiradirge from ushering in the Time of Ending, while the Thalmor would play into the political aspect of the game, trying to play the Forebears and the Crowns against each other from Taneth. For High Rock, I'd like to see a more kingdom-driven game, with the PC allying themselves with one of the five kingdoms and rising through the ranks, eventually becoming a powerful lord or lady in their own right. All the while unravelling a province-wide conspiracy between the Thalmor and a few like-minded Breton houses to capture Direnni Tower and unmake the world.
Žan Ujčič I main hint towards high rock is the trailer and the fact that music and the castle in the teassr don't seam to be hinting at Hammerfell. So to me it's most likely high rock and Hammerfell or just highrock. As for how they address the civil war I could see them making stalemate opition being Cannon. Another opition could be to have it happen at the same time as Skyrim so that the civil war would still be happening.
The castle I will grant you is evocative of High Rock, though it could just as easily be an Imperial fort, a more Moorish-inspired castle, which wouldn't be out of place for Hammerfell. The region to make looks evocative of Spain, North Africa and Asia Minor, with a distinct Mediterranean feel that just doesn't click with High Rock for me. I could see High Rock being the setting, but it seems more like just Hammerfell to me. As for the music... I really don't think it's a major factor, it wasn't even produced by Jeremy Soule, though the bombastic tone of it reminds me at least as much of Hammerfell as it does of High Rock. Either way, we are either getting Hammerfell's Sword-Singing and political backstabbing between the Forebears and the Crowns or High Rock and its literal Game of Thrones, plus the ancient magics of the Direnni and Ada-Mantia.
Once again I've found myself watching one of these videos and loving every minute of it. Great job as usual Rhexx! Oh and ES6 location rant below. I still find myself hoping for a Hammerfell setting, not that High Rock or the Greater Illiac Bay region wouldn't be cool. The Bretons and their culture are good and all, but I think the Redguard are vastly more interesting. High-Rock is the typical medieval fantasy setting, with kings, castles, and the occasional Reachman. Hammerfell on the other hand has a race of people who come from a previous instance of reality (y'know, a Kalpa cycle), and who once possessed powers (sword-singing) comparable to a Dragonborne's shouts.
What if they made elder scrolls 6 in cyrodiil and it starts with this amazing cinematic and then goes into a character creation. Once you are finished creating your character you realize you are in jail and there is a dumbass in another cell across from you. THEN the emperor comes in and you need to follow him out while he is being escorted by the blades. THEN he dies and you need to save the world from mehrunes dagon and the realm of oblivion. That would be some game.
Got a source for that? From the cut planned content that I know of, the civil war was supposed to be more expansive, with battles for each city, Ulfric fighting on the front lines and recruit-able giants. The most Game of Thrones thing you can do - betrayal, you can do in the main game, switching sides by delivering the Jagged Crown to the enemy.
www.tor.com/2011/09/16/how-skyrim-was-almost-set-in-westeros/ www.egmnow.com/platforms/pc/bethesdas-todd-howard-on-turning-down-a-chance-to-make-a-song-of-fire-and-ice-titles/ And several others as well. Considering how High Rock is and was (because dragon break) practically that minus the white walkers (which could be the ice giants like Kaarstag in Solthsheim, or Atmora but why using them here instead of skyrim I know I know). Key difference is that, the ladder isn't just climbed, broken and tossed around just with nobility. All the Bretons have this desire instilled in them since birth to get into that race and see how far they can climb into the social ladder. The implications of the Warp in the West possible didn't diminish this at all since now that there's only 4 kingdoms left, someone is bound to want and get all of them.
Oh yeah, the Bethesda GoT game that almost was. Though I wouldn't say Skyrim was almost a Game of Thrones game, more that there was almost a Game of Thrones game in its stead. And it is actually around five kingdoms. You've got Daggerfall, which may have merged with Camlorn, Northpoint which supposedly conquered Shornhelm, Wayrest. which was recently captured by corsairs (what happened to its vassals I don't know, I guess they could be independent again), Evermore, which also expanded its territory, and Jehanna, which may or may not still be occupied by Nords, or could be in the hands of "civilised" Reachmen. You've also got an analogue for the Dothraki - the Horse-Folk of the Bjouslae River, basically nomadic riders that dwell in the Western Reach. As for Farrun... honestly nobody knows. It used to be a Breton kingdom but ESO retconned it into a rather sizeable Orc stronghold. With Orsinium out of the picture, I'd say it's the closest thing to a cultural capital for the Wrothgarian Orcs, though not necessarily being an Orcish city-state, but more of a trading center that sprang up around the stronghold. The "Great Bay" (I hope they come up with a more original name that that) could be a great source of conflict, with the mercantile powerhouse of Northpoint challenging the at the very least Nord-influenced raiders of Jehanna for control.
Been years since I’ve watched your channel back in 2010 I was like 11 or 12 and loved it but then grew out of Skyrim recently gotten back into due to mods coming to Xbox one
could also be very possible thatu ll be able to rebuild orsinium, look what bethesda originally planned for skyrim... make the next step and we prbbly will be able to have our own city in the next TES
"Find a new hill, become a king." - That is High Rock's ancient motto. With the settlement building system in FO4 and the town system in Blades, you can rest easy that we will be getting our own castle town in High Rock.
I really enjoy your narration and line of thinking, I realize how old this vid is, and you're not very active but I'm wanted to thank very much! Between this video and my other favorite the story of the dragonborn with the soul piercing eyes haha was absolutely amazing. Cheers lad
I'd stick to Tamriel, but I'd be open with going to Herne and Cespar in DLC, maybe even Roscrea, the island was close enough for nearby Solitude to lay claim to it in the Third Era.
Had mods that affected appearance. All were beautiful because of that. As for actual vanilla faces? That'd be the Nord Ingjard. She's got the best looking vanilla face, honestly.
ESO did a video about a Skyrim DLC mod, like Beyond Skyrim: Bruma, but in High Rock. The mod is called "Beyond the Reach". Set in the same Era as in Skyrim, 4e year 201.
My nephew would also like it to be Elsweyr. There's so much damn lore there that they almost rival the Dunmer in that department. I personally would prefer Hammerfell, however. BRING BACK SWORD-SINGERS, BOIS! Give me their barely explored lore! Let me show people why they're the best warriors (along side Nords) in the lore! I'm reminded that TES6 will be next gen. In other words, it'll be on the next generation of consoles. Who knows how powerful those consoles (and PCs) will be at that time. So, Elsweyr might actually be an option if the consoles are powerful enough. Why am I saying the consoles would need to be powerful enough? Because there's a total of 20 (or more) versions of Khajiit and the consoles TES games have been on were only powerful enough to showcase one version of them for that game. But those white birds don't lie. Those birds belong to Hammerfell... only...
I’ve actually confirmed it to be in Hammerfell. The three points of land, small, medium, and large kind of give it away. The seagulls, the kingdom by the crater, it’s all easy to decipher. It’s for sure in Hammerfell.
High rock would be so good, there could be a snowy Nordic region, a really mountainous one, maybe even a questline set on the ocean, you could even have a sandy region with Redguards.
Lem TheBountyHunter it's when multiple people remember an event in the same way but it never happened. For example, a lot of people genuinely remember Nelson Mandela dying in prison in the 80s but he only died recently in 2013. Another common one is The Berenstain Bears, except a lot of people remember them as The Berenstein Bears.
Lem TheBountyHunter Think of it like Doctor Who, specifically the episode "The Wedding of River Song" where the main characters remember two versions of the same point in time because they both did and did not happen. The result of the inconsistency was all of time happening at once. That's a Dragon Break. Stephen Moffet stealing ideas again!
i’d love one with a border included, where you have to like sneak across the border for example, and if love to have one in black marsh i just think that’d be so cool
old comment but borders in elderscrolls games are either natural borders or just lines on the map just like it is in our world a border isnt just one big fence
Lux Signifer The DB (Dark Brotherhood) probably wouldn't be rebuilding cities, though re-establishing the Dark Broterhood in High Rock, eventually attaining the rank of Speaker, would be fun. The retaking of the pirate-controlled ruined port of Wayrest could be a goal strived for by any number of kingdoms the PC could align with.
Žan Ujčič oh yeah, that i meant, pardon my english, sometimes my redaction is not the best... That would be really nice tho, a war over wayrest like the civil war in skyrim should have been
High Rock has so much potential and while I personally think we are heading for Hammerfell based off of the trailer and a myriad of other things, I'm all for a High Rock game if it truly is a spiritual successor to Daggerfall. The main quest would basically revolve around the PC coming into the service of Clan Direnni, who are working against a conspiracy between the Thalmor and a number of Breton houses, led by the disgraced cadet branch of the Septims - House Lariat of Shornhelm. As allies of convenience, they would work to bypass Balfiera's defences and lay their hands on the Zero Stone.
I’ve actually confirmed it to be in Hammerfell. The three points of land, small, medium, and large on the west coast kind of give it away. The seagulls, the kingdom by the crater, it’s all easy to decipher. It’s for sure in Hammerfell.
Yeah i would like Black Marsh or Elsweyr......I mean nothing agains't High rock or Hammerfell but we alredy got games on those regions, I mean Hammerfell is a masive desert and highrock is filled with the most snobish race in Tamriel who are rivaled only by the high elfs in that regard.
Like... 1.) where he died 2.)how he died 3.) what was in his will 4.) just how quickly was his wife's mourning period? Seconds or minutes? 5.) how many people scrolled past that video because they didn't care
I want to see Atmora. Judge me all you want. There’s a lot of history there, most of it we don’t know. I would also like to see the snow elves or Dwemer. How about The Elder Scrolls VI: Atmora or The Elder Scrolls VI: Ysgramor’s Tale or even The Elder Scrolls VI: The Underground City. That would be awesome!
Urban Ritual Quality over quantity. Better one province with a dedicated and throughly explored culture than a bigger game with two that just feels more empty.
Žan Ujčič I fell like Bethesda is big enough, and the technology is there now, for them to fully explore high rock and hammerfell in the same game while still being as densely populated with locations as Skyrim was
Michael Higbee But that's the problem. Skyrim was butchered. The 'cities' were little more than glorified villages. The actual villages mostly only had a handful of houses. There's also nothing in-between.
My ideal location for ES6 would be Elswyer and Valenwood. Both provinces together are about the size of Skyrim. Both provinces are awesome, but unlikely to get their own game. This is fixed if they're given a game together.
thegreatmoustachio i was thinking the same, where as i think black Marsh will all most require a spin off game because of the environment being so unfriendly towards other races.
Hammer fell and highrock for es6 Valenwood, elswyer and sommerset isle or blackmarsh Valenwood and elswyer are what i wanna see most but its to small for a new es So they could throw in sommerset or blackmarsh would be nice
they have to have high rock and Hammerfell, like come on, the game will be out in 2021, by then tech should be able to handle a big province and a small one together. though should be loaded differently like solsthiem and sktyrim, since high rock is empire land and hammerfell is independent, so a border wall and patrols will keep the player out for some time
It would be sick if it was set in Elsweyr. I agree with him; something about the Khajiit is just so darn badass. Now that I think about it, it's probably the tail.
Being in High Rock where there are dozens of warring kingdoms vying for power I think it would make alot of sense for the players to get to build their own castles much like in Fallout 4. It would be cool to have to get in good with one of the petty kings and they grant you land where you can build that castle.
I hope it's gonna be Hammerfell and not High Rock. Personally, i want to see Bethesda explore something other than european style cultures and themes again. High Rock is supposed to be somewhat reminiscent of medieval / renaissance France, and i really don't care for that right now. Hammerfell seems more promising to me with its influence from mostly Arab and African cultures, as well as it Desert / Mountainous setting. It's also fairly big and quite diverse. Another aspect is that Hammerfell's and the Redguard's history isn't that well explored so there's a lot of room for creativity on Bethesda's part. I'd like to see them try to make a desert themed game, they did a pretty good job with a snow themed one.
I’ve actually confirmed it to be in Hammerfell. The three points of land, small, medium, and large on the wet coast kind of give it away. The seagulls, the kingdom by the crater, it’s all easy to decipher. It’s for sure in Hammerfell.
it would be amazing but i know for a fact it would throw many people off. mainly because there isn't much information on Akavir and the only things we know about the place is the races. most images you see of the continent is fan art. as Bethesda has not even came close on hinting what it really looks like.
it definitely won't be only highrock Skyrim is like 2,5 times bigger and it's from 2011 or something and now it's 2018 and it will probably come out around 2022 at the best and that's a big jump in tech so it could be maybe even more than highrock and or hammerfell if not then it better be HEELLLAA DETAILED
Maybe the Dwemer just got a new Technology so they got a Type 3 Civilisation. That means that they have the power to create live and have godlike powers.
Just like with Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim, Bethesda trademarked the next game’s title shortly after the release of the last game. The last trademark after “Skyrim” was “Redguard”. There is plenty of actual evidence that TES VI is located in Hammerfell, so why would you conclude with High Rock based on... your feelings???
RareAvengedSevenfold There have been plenty of videos talking about where the terrien is from and most show that it can't be hammerfell, add to the fact that hammerfell already had its own game that (unless redguard was procedurally generated), then it seems unlikely theyd put it mainly in hammerfell
NarrowStone It's quite easy to match the coastline, position of shadows (sun) and match that with the Iliac Bay area in North Hammerfell. It's an exact fit. The ruins may indicate it being Azra's Crossing - in the lore Azra Nightwielder created such a crater. Terrain absolutely fits (see Elder Scrolls Online - Bangkorai). Why anyone expects a desert (This isn't the Alikir Desert!) is beyond me. It's like saying Skyrim is all snow/mountains.
RareAvengedSevenfold The position of the sun proves that it's not Azra's Crossing. The theme also doesn't fit. It sounds medieval European, not Arabic. Also, TES VI being called Redguard would be way too confusing.
RareAvengedSevenfold from what I can see, one of the Redguard trademarks is for "on-line interactive computer games...". I haven't seen this type of trademark for Skyrim or Oblivion, I assume, because they don't have on-line components. However, ESO does. I'm thinking the Redguard trademark potentially had something to do with ESO originally.
in Morrowind there were Dark Elves, in Oblivion there were Imperials, in Skyrim there were Nords, after 2 human races in a row, I think it's time for a non-human race again
Redguards share MANY human traits. the main difference is they are dark skinned. unlike the imperials who are tan and the Nords who are pretty much white as a cloud. then you have the Bretons which can either be tan or white. they have more of a middle eastern vibe to them mixed with northern Africa. i think it would be pretty cool having Hammerfell in the next elder scrolls game
both give a human impression, (bretons and redguards) and being in a province of elven or beast races would raise the fantasy world feeling quite a bit
IspieWith MYlittleEYE Yeah, he should throw in some more obscure stuff. The distinction between the more Arthurian High Middle Ages inspired coastal regions and the more Celtic inspired inland territories, the witch covens and wizards that rule over those regions. And he mentions nothing about the Reacmen or the Horse-People of the Bjoulsae River. Not even the Crypt of Hearts warranted a mention.
What I love about the lore is how they make the 7 endings of Elder Scrolls II work. Each ending happened together and converged on the same point. But also that's the fun of the fantasy lore of Elder Scrolls. :D
ok i love your videos and i think dragon break is awsome and not bad writing.Just creative from my perspective, gives infinite possible outcomes in infinite realities that are all canon part of the lore
Avoxion GD Nah, bigger variety in the already payable furry races. Three presets for each, Khajiit will have Suthay-Raht, Ohmes-Raht and Cathay-Raht, while Argonians would have the traditional reptilian look, the more snake-like/catfish-like Naga and a more salamander-like look.
If its set in highrock maybe Orsinium will be a thing based on what time period it is like you said, but if there is or isn't maybe several hundred years after it was sacked there will be a story missions where the orc remnants and the new Orsinium settlement in the Dragon mountains have been building their might to fully take revenge on High Rock and attempt to conquer the entire country and it could be a questline where you could help them out, fight them, or possibly solve it peacefully and make it to where High Rock allows a new orc city to be built.
Btw the Info we gotten today can also have multiple options. Like for example The Brotherhood in HighRock. Probably you as the character can rebuild the Brotherhood after being destroyed. Or the Orc and HighRock issue, this can resemble to the Stormcloaks and The Empire issue. Just fight for land and blah blah blah. And who ever wins then gets power. IDK 😐
it could very easily take place in both. they've just recently used both in eso. i could imagine them reusing assets from the game to make a bigger world
They should incorporate it in both high rock and hammerfell and certain races start in different parts of the world. Breton, Nords, Dark Elves, Orcs and High Elves in Highrock Redguards, Imperial, Khajit, Argonians and wood elfs in Hammerfell
What if the portal can only be activated by blood from the 12 total mortal tamrielic races, those being: high elves, wood elves, dark elves, dwarves, snow elves, orcs, imperials, Bretons, nords, redguards, kahjiit, and argonians. The main quest line might involve the player character finding powerful individuals, one for each race(boethia might get involved with her tournament of ten bloods) and they all have to slice their hands and spread their blood along a seal to open the door
I would prefer tes6 to be set in high rock, I don't like sand it's course and rough and it gets everywhere

Great job as usual.
nope, he did NO research... FAIL... we dont even know if it's high rock.. it's prob in black marsh..
0:22 - Genuine happiness lmao
I dont even care were the setting will be as long as its single player...
So excited for TES 6!!!
Diego Juega tu juega? Lol
Who is excited for beyond skyrim project
Elder Scrolls VI: Skyrim Civil War 2
InfernityZ3r0 Hopefully more Elder Scrolls VI: Game of Thrones.
Got a source for that? From the cut planned content that I know of, the civil war was supposed to be more expansive, with battles for each city, Ulfric fighting on the front lines and recruit-able giants. The most Game of Thrones thing you can do - betrayal, you can do in the main game, switching sides by delivering the Jagged Crown to the enemy.
www.tor.com/2011/09/16/how-skyrim-was-almost-set-in-westeros/
www.egmnow.com/platforms/pc/bethesdas-todd-howard-on-turning-down-a-chance-to-make-a-song-of-fire-and-ice-titles/
And several others as well.
The "Great Bay" (I hope they come up with a more original name that that) could be a great source of conflict, with the mercantile powerhouse of Northpoint challenging the at the very least Nord-influenced raiders of Jehanna for control.
bloody enough.
Been years since I’ve watched your channel back in 2010 I was like 11 or 12 and loved it but then grew out of Skyrim recently gotten back into due to mods coming to Xbox one
could also be very possible thatu ll be able to rebuild orsinium, look what bethesda originally planned for skyrim... make the next step and we prbbly will be able to have our own city in the next TES
platoon mexx another city needs your help
"Find a new hill, become a king." - That is High Rock's ancient motto. With the settlement building system in FO4 and the town system in Blades, you can rest easy that we will be getting our own castle town in High Rock.
"Well my lord you see theres this cave" , " thats the 500th one!"
I really enjoy your narration and line of thinking, I realize how old this vid is, and you're not very active but I'm wanted to thank very much! Between this video and my other favorite the story of the dragonborn with the soul piercing eyes haha was absolutely amazing. Cheers lad
What I want is one elder scrolls game where the main quest will take you all over the world and become a pirate
No One I want to be a nord raider. Basically a viking.
No One or a raider
OlaTheCola I played a modded nord and made him old and a raider. It was sick af
I kinda want it to take place in someplace new and unexplored. Maybe like akavir? Nah, that might be asking too much.
I'd stick to Tamriel, but I'd be open with going to Herne and Cespar in DLC, maybe even Roscrea, the island was close enough for nearby Solitude to lay claim to it in the Third Era.
Toast I fell like it only makes sense to fully explore Tamriel before moving on to akavir
Michael Higbee We did. In Arena. Then again in ESO. Lets go to Akavir!
The most beautiful women in Skyrim were Bretons, just sayin'
No!
Kornel Paroczai What's the matter, can't stand the sight of a strong Nord woman?
Had mods that affected appearance. All were beautiful because of that.
As for actual vanilla faces? That'd be the Nord Ingjard. She's got the best looking vanilla face, honestly.
AntiSkillshot Nah. That would be Muiri. Prettiest and most irrelevant character in Skyrim, which makes it even hotter.
They all look the same to me. Except Khajit are cats with tits, Argonians are lizards with tits, and elves got some forehead issues.
Can you do a video explaining how powerful the Daedric Princes and Divines would be specifically?
Like a powerscaling challenge.
Best TES channel on TH-cam!
I love your stuff
@@sentient_cornflake5070 You didnt do crap, camel works and other TH-camrs did it
High rock would be so good, there could be a snowy Nordic region, a really mountainous one, maybe even a questline set on the ocean, you could even have a sandy region with Redguards.
Dragon Breaks are just The Mandela Effect
James Taylor what's that?
Lem TheBountyHunter it's when multiple people remember an event in the same way but it never happened. For example, a lot of people genuinely remember Nelson Mandela dying in prison in the 80s but he only died recently in 2013.
Another common one is The Berenstain Bears, except a lot of people remember them as The Berenstein Bears.
Safebox Gaming I think I got it, but what's dragon breaks?
Lem TheBountyHunter Think of it like Doctor Who, specifically the episode "The Wedding of River Song" where the main characters remember two versions of the same point in time because they both did and did not happen. The result of the inconsistency was all of time happening at once. That's a Dragon Break.
Stephen Moffet stealing ideas again!
Safebox Gaming so like deja Vu?
i’d love one with a border included, where you have to like sneak across the border for example, and if love to have one in black marsh i just think that’d be so cool
old comment but borders in elderscrolls games are either natural borders or just lines on the map
just like it is in our world a border isnt just one big fence
Maybe an important quest will be to retake Wayrest, and the DB quest to rebuild it :O
Hope there will still be the option to go against the dark brotherhood if something comes up in high rock or wherever tes vi will be
I’ve actually confirmed it to be in Hammerfell. The three points of land, small, medium, and large on the west coast kind of give it away. The seagulls, the kingdom by the crater, it’s all easy to decipher. It’s for sure in Hammerfell.
Yeah i would like Black Marsh or Elsweyr......I mean nothing agains't High rock or Hammerfell but we alredy got games on those regions, I mean Hammerfell is a masive desert and highrock is filled with the most snobish race in Tamriel who are rivaled only by the high elfs in that regard.
you know nothing of Bretons if you think they are even close to snobs...
man that reminds me of moonpaths to elsweyr. loved the jungles and especially the deserts.
5 things you didnt know about Nazeem
Like...
1.) where he died
2.)how he died
3.) what was in his will
4.) just how quickly was his wife's mourning period? Seconds or minutes?
5.) how many people scrolled past that video because they didn't care
Looking back 3 years I bet you didn't think the next three elder scroll games would be skyrim again
I want Elsweyr
Same, warm sand, tropical beaches and lots of unsuspecting Thalmor Khajiit can stab and loot.
You might want to go ELSWEYR BUN DOM CHHH.... Okay i get out
@10:10 - Also the dwemer golom was indeed a tower and the soul gem inside is a zero stone
Need more snow smh
9:08 *Toby Fox has entered the chat*
I'm actually curious about what the main character's backstory/primary ability/-ies are gonna be.
Boring asf. No one lives in Atmora.
Ehh if they turn back to to like the first era I'd be down for it
Maybe you could visit the desecrated sanctuary and rebuild and shape it as your own faction by talking to a ghost or just excavating the ruins
I would rather it be High Rock than Hammerfel imo
Homomemus no
Ajplayer1212 articwolf yes
Too similar similar to Skyrim
Why? Hammerfell is way larger and High Rock has same climate as Skyrim. It would be super dumb to make a game from high rock
I feel more connected to the Nords and the Bretons than I do any other race in Skyrim
They could do piraty boat fights and sailing stuff.
Why not both high rock and hammerfell
Urban Ritual Quality over quantity. Better one province with a dedicated and throughly explored culture than a bigger game with two that just feels more empty.
Urban Ritual Because Bathesda
Žan Ujčič I fell like Bethesda is big enough, and the technology is there now, for them to fully explore high rock and hammerfell in the same game while still being as densely populated with locations as Skyrim was
Michael Higbee But that's the problem. Skyrim was butchered. The 'cities' were little more than glorified villages. The actual villages mostly only had a handful of houses. There's also nothing in-between.
Right? Given BGS's growth and their dedication to making bigger worlds, we could see either High Rock or Hammerfell more or less done justice.
I hope they put 6 in Highrock and Hammerfall combined that'd be really cool but I'd be happy with any province.
Hammer fell and highrock for es6
Valenwood, elswyer and sommerset isle or blackmarsh
Valenwood and elswyer are what i wanna see most but its to small for a new es
So they could throw in sommerset or blackmarsh would be nice
I wanted it to be set in Valenwood but I am also excited to see High Rock and it's lore!
they have to have high rock and Hammerfell, like come on, the game will be out in 2021, by then tech should be able to handle a big province and a small one together. though should be loaded differently like solsthiem and sktyrim, since high rock is empire land and hammerfell is independent, so a border wall and patrols will keep the player out for some time
FindingBox4338 and you will only be able to go to both once you earn a name for yourself
Now that you've mentioned Solthstiem I can't help but think that Bethesda will make High Rock a DLC.
You idiot in 2021 there will be no loading screens dumb
2024* we gonn get Starfield before
So there might be a dragon break where the dwemer might still be around ?
damn.. maybe. unless the zero summed or something of that nature
It’s definitely hammerfell based on locations and geography
can you back up this claim?
It’d be pretty cool if there was a sort of civil questline I high rock where you can choose a kingdom and unify the province underthem
How about a video about Boethia.... Probably butchered the name
Riley B its boethia
Mr. potatoes games and randomness thank you
It’s boethiah. Not boethia.
Riley B you probably know now but is has an H at the end
this is like a Skyrim history lecture
They always screw up the lore, if they take up elsweyr, they'll ruin it. It's too complicated.
It would be sick if it was set in Elsweyr. I agree with him; something about the Khajiit is just so darn badass. Now that I think about it, it's probably the tail.
I want an Elder Scrolls game that lets me go to Atmora.
Prince of Persia RPG!
I’ve actually confirmed it to be in Hammerfell. The three points of land, small, medium, and large on the wet coast kind of give it away. The seagulls, the kingdom by the crater, it’s all easy to decipher. It’s for sure in Hammerfell.
damn that slaughterfish death at 3:40
What if and bear with me on this what if the next elder scrolls takes place in Akivir it’s probably not going to happen but what if it happens?
it would be amazing but i know for a fact it would throw many people off. mainly because there isn't much information on Akavir and the only things we know about the place is the races. most images you see of the continent is fan art. as Bethesda has not even came close on hinting what it really looks like.
But why? We haven’t explored all of Tamriel yet...and no Arena doesn’t count
Arena 100% counts. As does ESO.
Samurai Beast people
The dragon born is a walking dragon break. Anything they do splits the timeline.
Maybe i should get off my ass and port Daggerfall to PS4...
would anybody care??
FudgeMuppet pretty much sold me on ES6 being in Hammerfell but regardless I like this series quite a bit, keep up the content Rhexx
it definitely won't be only highrock Skyrim is like 2,5 times bigger and it's from 2011 or something and now it's 2018 and it will probably come out around 2022 at the best and that's a big jump in tech so it could be maybe even more than highrock and or hammerfell if not then it better be HEELLLAA DETAILED
Maiko you do know that the game can be as big as they want. Previous games probably won’t affect the size of the map.
NarrowStone Actually thats wrong, many people have shown it IS hammerfell, specifically east to west on iliac bay.
But hopefully we get both
RareAvengedSevenfold The position of the sun proves that it's not Azra's Crossing.
Imagine if the bandits in Hammerfell were all nords wearing white sheets over their heads.
in Morrowind there were Dark Elves,
in Oblivion there were Imperials,
in Skyrim there were Nords,
after 2 human races in a row, I think it's time for a non-human race again
Breton isn't just a human race.
Redguards arent human
Redguards share MANY human traits. the main difference is they are dark skinned. unlike the imperials who are tan and the Nords who are pretty much white as a cloud. then you have the Bretons which can either be tan or white. they have more of a middle eastern vibe to them mixed with northern Africa. i think it would be pretty cool having Hammerfell in the next elder scrolls game
both give a human impression, (bretons and redguards)
and being in a province of elven or beast races would raise the fantasy world feeling quite a bit
Stray Pay I think that the Bretons can add an element of fansaty considering they are part elf and they are skilled mages.
I bet sailing and ship combat will make an entrance into the game. Highrock's civilizations are mostly near the sea.
5 things everyone knows by now about High Rock
To all viewers from England: ITS COMING HOME!!!
Jacky-Boy514 RULEEEE BRETONNIA, BRETONNIA RULE THE WAVES
High Rock is the England of Tamriel

I never said when...
Football may had not came home but TES6 is in 2019 or 2020/2021 coming home. Rule Bretonia

ok i love your videos and i think dragon break is awsome and not bad writing.Just creative from my perspective, gives infinite possible outcomes in infinite realities that are all canon part of the lore
Most important part: More furry races
Avoxion GD Nah, bigger variety in the already payable furry races. Three presets for each, Khajiit will have Suthay-Raht, Ohmes-Raht and Cathay-Raht, while Argonians would have the traditional reptilian look, the more snake-like/catfish-like Naga and a more salamander-like look.
Man high rock sounds a lot like the Westerlands from A song of Ice and Fire, even that Lion sigil you showed is the Lannister symbol but blue
the tower's vault is probably where the gods met and there could be a portal to every dominion of every god.
The secret code into the Ada-Mantia: Fish, Firefly, Snake
If its set in highrock maybe Orsinium will be a thing based on what time period it is like you said, but if there is or isn't maybe several hundred years after it was sacked there will be a story missions where the orc remnants and the new Orsinium settlement in the Dragon mountains have been building their might to fully take revenge on High Rock and attempt to conquer the entire country and it could be a questline where you could help them out, fight them, or possibly solve it peacefully and make it to where High Rock allows a new orc city to be built.
Imagine going right next to Skyrim in TES6 and suddenly a dragon fight...
About ada Mantia, you cant say that the gods got inspired of the land and build the tower there because there was no land before
Btw the Info we gotten today can also have multiple options. IDK 😐
it could very easily take place in both. they've just recently used both in eso. i could imagine them reusing assets from the game to make a bigger world
I think Bethesda should make creation club items that are pretty much dlc which are the other provinces you can explore for skyrim
They should incorporate it in both high rock and hammerfell and certain races start in different parts of the world. Breton, Nords, Dark Elves, Orcs and High Elves in Highrock
Redguards, Imperial, Khajit, Argonians and wood elfs in Hammerfell
Jesus christ, man. You really know your stuff and detailed. Beautiful
Gotta keep my eyes open. Damn Cliffracers could swoop down at any time.
Are you from Daggerfall, Breton? You fleeing from some court intrigue? - Hadvar
As long as the guards say “I used to be an adventure like you once, then I took an arrow to the knee” then it’ll be good
Love your videos Rhexx, keep it up!
I want it to be Elsweyr too, but it’s too rocky.
