Thank you Titan for your visit and partnership 🙌 It has been a great pleasure to show you around and I am looking forward to seeing you again during IMTS.
@andreashaimer2088 I absolutely love your passion for this industry. I think passion like that is what will draw more people into the world of CNC around the world and it is so neat watching this video and seeing your company’s push in innovation for not only yourselves but also the industry as a whole. Keep up the awesome work you all do there. 👊🎉
Mr.Haimer is the Absolute sickest CEO/ Boss odf all . HE knows his business , you cant fool him . and the fact that he knows every step of the manufacturing process is Wild !!!!
Great Video Titan - thanks for stopping by our production facility in Germany once again. I know our machinists and apprentices were very inspired by your visit and speech to them in order to continue to raise the greatness of the machining industry worldwide!
I feel like Andy Haimer should have his own solo podcast to let his train of thought just go unstopped for as long as he wants to. He really knows his stuff and its entertaining to watch. Great tour!
Titan greetings from Greece, learned so much from you although I'm not in cnc that much, mostly lathing a stuff, keep keeping us informed in this madness of technology advancement is amazing,BOOOM
Awesome video! For people concerned that automation is getting rid of jobs, don't forget to consider that each robot or automation cell needs to be manufactured, programmed, and maintained. That need provides jobs and often times those jobs are higher paying. If you are a machine operator, that's a great starting point but always be looking to level up. Become someone that programs or designs automation or become a CNC programmer. There are opportunities galore in this industry, never stop growing!
I work in software development and always thought that the knowledge you need to be an expert in my field is extreme. This video shows me that that is true about so many other fields. It really shows what humans can do when they work together and specialize. The precision and amount of automation shown in this video is astonishing. Thank you for making this.
Hey Titan! If you come to Istanbul, Türkiye, I would like to host you. We have machines that are 40-45 years old and they still work like clockwork. At the same time, if you want to visit Istanbul, you always have a brother here. BOOM!
Interesting titans of CNC has chosen to rep mitutoyo when we have a legendary precision measuring company of our own in Starrett here in the US. I believe starrett is in less of a position to be giving out free stuff in partnerships so maybe that’s why
5:52 it’s another way to mill, first facemill and now an endmill, that’s nothing new, that with throchodial milling you spent less time in working time
I would say Fusion360 because a lot of 3D printing hobbyists use Fusion. In industry, Solidworks is used more often than Fusion and here in Germany Inventor is used more often than Solidworks, at least from my perspective.
Larger companies, designing complex products with a large number of parts is more into Inventor and Solidworks. Typically smaller companies with less complex products are more into Fusion360.
Titan, do you believe this much automation is good for the working man and his family? Robots and Cobots don’t raise families. Not being flip, just curious what other thoughts are.
Hi sir iam and 8 year old mill on mastercam and dmg mori machine like dmu50 60 75 95etc ans 2 years old turn on fanuc and siemens on cmz, clx 350 et 450 and im looking for more
I'm always surprised when I hear how well Germans speak English! And all this even though everything is synchronized on TV. I even understand him better than Titana!English is not my mother tongue.
Workers to operate / look after several machines. Workers are allowed to sit, but many of them walk and stand quite much. There is not a chair in front of each machine, but workers have a desk and chair to sit down to look at drawings and other things.
Anything we have ever bought from Germany has been an over engineered mechanical nightmare...they couldn't build a pencil sharpener without making a mess out of it
Automation ensures this company will exist in the future. Automation also saves wear and tear on human bodies for these unnecessary, repetitive tasks. Tendinitis and carpal tunnel are common in this industry. People are still needed to program and set up these machines, as well as the robotic cells. Automation creates just as many jobs they replace, if not more. But I guess these men and women don't need their bodies to be functional when they finally get to retire 🤷♂️

Thanks I appreciate your nice comment. Don’t make me feel embarrassed. 😉
I have been to their factory, it is an incredible place.
Buy Haimer to support this beautiful company, they deserve it.
Best regards from 🇹🇷

Us manufacturers can learn so much from these tours! I always keep an eye out for material handling and other organization.
I would straight up move to Germany, and learn German and metric if it meant I could work for Haimer. What an awesome company!
if u want u can learn the metric system in half an hour. Its superiority is that its very repetitiv

Proud that we have the honor of you visiting Germany!
Cool video and great stuff in the factory! Booom!
Great video about next level CNC and automation. Thank you so much.
Parabéns ! Inovação.
We want Titan , We want Titan , We want Titan, We want Titan
The Crowd roars
Perhaps you may have chance to visit South East Asia. I will show all giant CNC workshops as much as possible!!
Dang again this is crazy.

YES !! Thanks for posting
Great video ❤
Haimer is a fantastic company
great video👌
22 years old "Chiron" mills 🤔 possible that there are parts in it, I mounted at my old employer😂 Nice...😅
Nice to hear😂 at the Moment i work at Chiron and building the Tool Magazins. Im just waiting to See a new machine somewhere with my magazine in it.
3:30 i can't believe they got a Chiron machine to run for 22 days, let alone 22 years.
Love from india ❤
Great video. What do you think is the biggest diference between european and american production and work ethics?
Nice glasses
ahhhh......... WOW.
3 spindles were replaced in the making of this video😂
Nah, not a single one, i can guarantee that! 😅
✅ GERMAN Premium Tool Holders - thanks for the deep inside about the production and high level of tool holders - only quality WINS!!!
The main question what they are producing there?
Tool holders, shrinking, balancing tools, etc
Interesting titans of CNC has chosen to rep mitutoyo when we have a legendary precision measuring company of our own in Starrett here in the US. I believe starrett is in less of a position to be giving out free stuff in partnerships so maybe that’s why
@2:41 wow that's a nasty sound
This is most likely the sound of the coil of a shrink fit device while heating up a shrink fit tool holder.
@@PhantomLawd yes 100% it is
Why does andy seem like hes done the job half the time titan has but knows 5x more hahaha
Like the beard
Cnc Tezgahları için Takım Tutucu yapıyorlar. Chiron cnc
1st to comment. Boom!😊
Dude just messed with DR.Strange

Работникам нельзя сидеть на стульях рядом с рабочим местом во время обработки детали по УП?
Или как конь должен стоять всю смену?
Workers to operate / look after several machines. Workers are allowed to sit, but many of them walk and stand quite much. There is not a chair in front of each machine, but workers have a desk and chair to sit down to look at drawings and other things.
Так а кто сидит? Роботы заготовки пихают, детали снимают
CAN I BUY ONE OF THOSE MACHINES AT COSTCO? HAHA
In Europe, the secret Is low colesterolo
I can't with these Germans they're such memes 😂
Весь секрет немецкой промышленности - в дешевых российских энергоресурсах
Germany now imports only small percentage energy from Russia
Lol.....what we've got here......ohh, just another salty rushist. 🤣🖕🖕🖕
:O
Thats probably the first german with an american energy 😂
Well... that's too much automation for me, as a worker you fall asleep.
And then the time doesn't even go by like in sleep.
Anything we have ever bought from Germany has been an over engineered mechanical nightmare...they couldn't build a pencil sharpener without making a mess out of it
SO ALL capital investment and nothing into the human workforce future.... terrific
I guess all those apprentices they showed at the end are just robots?
Do you want to do the repetive work, that the robots do, by hand? The work of setting up those automation is way more interesting any time!
Automation ensures this company will exist in the future. Automation also saves wear and tear on human bodies for these unnecessary, repetitive tasks.
