I just added another dislike. And u guessed it u low life u : ). I’m a landlord. Only idiots think the government can tell people they can live for free !! Hey how about this concept, go get a JOB (that’s were u would go to work and get money, in return you can pay your rent). How about that concept. Now I’m LMAO because u r incompetent and have to be u ; ). Good luck with that.

@@ericthesoldier Do you know what a period is? It is used at the end of a sentence, after a complete thought. I don’t even know how to respond to your rambling. Let me start by saying I ended up getting all back rent. Secondly, I will never rent to anyone again because of people like you. Next I will sell my property and make a substantial profit because I took care of MY PROPERTY. It’s clear to me you are a person who wants to take advantage of people. I helped my tenant throughout this entire process even though I knew she wasn’t being completely honest. Sad you feel the way you do. Maybe someday you will turn your life around and realize “you” are responsible for the yourself, not “me” or our “government”. In conclusion I can’t believe I wasted my morning responding to your nonsense, BUT DAMN LEARN HOW TO USE A PERIOD. Enjoy this lovely day!!

My landlord has an apartment he decided to divide it into a two units studio. I have the electrical box in my unit. Every time a socket blows out in the other unit, they have to come to my door and ask me to turn it back on. This is something that happens at least three to four times a month. Unfortunately their socket blew out one night and no one was home in my unit. They call the landlord and the landlord took it upon himself to come in the house with no notice and turned on the switch Breaking the Florida Miya Law. The Landlord threatened to evict both of us because we don't talk to each other. I told him that my defense will be retaliation because this is not a tenant problem it's a landlord's property electrical problem. 🤷 And yes we both as tenants pay our rent in full and on time for the past 4 years 😊

My daughter had made so many complaints to her apartment manager about maintenance going inside her home without a 24 hour notice doing maintenance job twice a month. What apartment maintenance does a job that many times. The manager never did nothing to fix this. My daughter at a point where she was in fear of her life so her BF came around more often then he stop. Then the neighbor kept calling the manager office to complain about my daughter parking in their spot. But the lot has no assign name to it. Therefore my daughter is able to park anywhere in front of her apartment just as much as the neighbors yet my daughter is always to blame. Not once has the manager took effort to hear her side. This is leading to being discriminated against and being in unsafe environment.
Moral to the story is, when my daughter complains, everything is push aside and automatically to blame fir. This last incident is the same thing the neighbor complain about my daughter parking in her spot, she tried to move the car but another car was blocking her and won’t let her leave. Everything is on video as proof but then instead of hearing what’s going on. The manager threat to evict my daughter to move out in 5 days. She’s a student, working and single. She’s young and don’t know how to handle this. How is this fair and not evict the other tenant over a parking space…….oh btw she admitted that she threat my daughter to be evicted is cause she’s mad. For what? Her job is to keep peace for all tenant what can I do as a mother to help her. How will she find. Home in a week? Insane!

@@taylorbug9 She's maybe Low Income and most Legal Aid Offices can only help if she's being evicted. They're not allowed to file a lawsuit against the Landlord, just work the defense nor are they allowed to suit for money, the State pays them. And if you file a complaint against the Landlord you stand a chance of a retaliatory eviction which in most States is illegal but harder to prove. No Attorney that are experts in Landlord/Tenant Laws will help someone who's considered Low Income and they won't do Pro Bono.

Mannnnn ..... Im going through an eviction process!!! My 2nd one!!!! First one Judge "granted" in my favor, had to come up with money i didnt have and it seemed as if he was more on their attorneys side than being the mediator!!!!! This 2nd case though, judge was DEFINITELY for me!!!! Have one more court date in about a week, will be asking for the rent portion of my money back since both these 2 cases tie in together!!! I want to know if i could push it for more though because everything leading up to this mess has been, in my eyes, borderline harassment and discrimination!!!! Child under me apparently doesnt want anyone living above her so shes called office NUMEROUS times with bs on me!! And, WAIT FOR IT, .... I get lease violations because of the bs!!! One example, she sent to assistant manager an audio recording that sounded like her washing machine was off track and said it was me up at 11 or something making noise!!!! It had gotten to the point where i literally confronted the assistant manager as to WHAT the problem was!!! I asked her if theu were friends or related because it made, and still makes, NO F*CKING SENSE why they really run with the bs she says!!! I've lived here 2 years now as of April, i was literally FRESH here when neighbor started all the bs!!! Has sent police here many many times, making false reports!! And everytime they come they find NOTHING!! And the last cop agreed with me on how neighbors are when living above them. He even went as far as telling me his issues he and his wife were having at their place!!! I cant make this sh*t up!!! She's spray painted my door, left hand written notes of my personal business taped to my door!!!! I could go ONNN!!!! And yet, IM THE ONE THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH??? But hey, "NO WEAPONS FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER" !!!!! Also, "VENGEANCE IS MINE! SAID THE LORD." !!!! Bro, they WILL NOT WIN!!!! Anyone on that type of time towards a good person, will neverrrrr prevail!!!! Ive been letting My God fight my battles!!! The Lord has NEVER let me down!!! Not once!!!! Im learning more and more to lean on HIS understanding and not my own and ive been loving every bit of it!!! Its stressful and quite scary most times but I just take the road as it comes!!!!! GOD GOT ME AND MINE!!!!

She is living rent free and I'm out $30,000. Her recent claims of board of health violations are ongoing, and the eviction case has been dragged out. She has destroyed the home and as each day goes by its a loss to the estate. I have a jury trial coming up soon, and just hope I get a resolution. My family is struggling, the taxes and bills are piling up. This tenant is one evil sob and I believe in karma.
