The problem many people have is they cannot afford proper dental care. Even eating spectacular and good oral hygiene, we sitll need dental help. The prices are absolutely insane for many treatments, and I have been bussed around from one to another simply due to a "curved" root of a tooth that I had to resign to be pulled....one dentist charged 400 plus$ to take an xray then refer me to someone else in the office to pull it....I SAW the xray-that root was BARELY, slightly curved from a normal root. I then ended up paying another dentist over what I was charged for the first one. It took a few minutes and it was done. I have been referred to another "dental surgeon" years earlier after paying one to tell me-oh I have to get a surgeon to pull that! Having one pulled is the cheapest route even if not wanted.... it is the ONE thing that is so awful to deal with, no matter how hard some of us take care of our teeth, I think perhaps stress and genetics play a roll, but for many, its still almost ,if not impossible, to afford dental work. Blessed are those who can get it done.

I agree, it's so expensive, I want the labels treatment but it's 5000.00 and insurance does not cover it, what regular every day person can, something has to change, if you truly want to help your patients then make it affordable for all, I work in radiology, and we have a cash price for a 3000.00 MRI for 500.00, so why can't can't the dental offices do the same? Exactly. What good is such a fantastic service if people cannot afford it. I wonder why insuance does not cover it? It's been FDA cleared since the late 1990s. And, as Dr. Nemeth shows here, it certainly works.

When I had good dental insurance some dentists used my mouth for an ATM. I was rarely better off visiting the dentist. I had a problem with a procedure and the dentist closed his office and vanished with my money and left me looking for another dentist. Even Dr Nemeth said people will do anything to keep their teeth. Dentists are the biggest rip-off branch of medicine.

Dr J. R. Nemeth seemingly is a highly respected professional expert and educator of dentistry according to his informative videos on YT, and also the comments of former patients of him with personal experience and the video-viewers, and for that reason he is a credible source for me as well. Having been personally a Hungarian guy searching for credible dental home care information I surprisingly bumped into his videos under Hungarian-like family name, which clearly relates to this outstanding doctor's Hungarian origin as well. Nice video but. Plaque is a sticky film that constantly forms on the teeth. The main component of plaque is more than 1000 different types of BACTERIA attacking the ENAMEL or GUM TISSUE 24/7. You brush to get rid of alive and moving BACTERIA sitting on your teeth. But, however good you are at brushing you can never do it 100%, there will always be areas with plaque left behind in between the molars -- flossing does not help much. The enamel plus dentin is only a few mm thick and the BACTERIA will reach the pulp and the blood vessels in a few weeks or months creating an infection called CARIES. Likewise, plaque sitting on the tooth close to the gum tissue is also full of hundreds of millions of BACTERIA which will transfer into the gum causing inflammation and bleeding called GINGIVITIS. BACTERIA in the gum tissue will then start moving in between the tooth and the gum towards the root of the tooth - pockets - causing PERIODONTITIS which results in total tooth loss. The ONLY way to stop tooth decease is regular visits to a dental HYGIENIST and get a thorough professional cleaning. If you do it every second month - 6 times per year - you will have a very good dental health. It will cost you around 500 dollars per year which is nothing compared with the astronomical costs of root canals, crowns and implants. Dentists and nurses have their teeth cleaned once a month and even once every 20th day. The BACTERIA are living creatures and WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL YOUR TEETH ARE ALL DESTROYED AND GONE and you will wear terrible dentures costing 10,000 dollars . Unfortunately, dentists are not always interested in people's healthy teeth and are not educating their patients! Good teeth health does not create demand for profitable dental care. Remember, ONE tooth implant can cost 4000 to 5000 US dollars. Bad teeth health costs about 150 Billions per year in the US and occupies many hundreds of thousand of dentists and nurses. Bad teeth is a very real problem and many people suffer a lot for no reason. People need to be educated about total tooth health.

You show this bone recreations. My question is, if when bone heals the roots upwards, is there a fibre holding apparate build between new grown bown and tooth root ? The question is, if bone cells in approximation to root surface deside to build fibre suspension fo the teeth. The question is similar to the problem if arthrotic articulations can build new cartilage instead of bilding fixed joint by bone connection. When bones break sometimes a "wrong joint" emerges. Instead of bone in bone healing an cartilage surface is build from bone, wrong where no joint is needed. I watch this question from (complete) recession treatment. Meaning, that the alveolar bone pocket is crown up against and holds the tooth with fibres. Outside this new alveolar bone the gum gets support to resist longer live time. Much better than only "cover" the exposed root with some gum transplantate. I think this theme is very meaningfull for a lot of recession patients. But there is nearly no published descriptions on such alveolar reconstruction treatments and scientific research on the character of new bone to root connections. Are there fibres build or not etc. Would be nice to hear more about research in this direction !

The key is let the fluoride do the work, but it needs 2 minutes of sitting on the teeth to start working. So brush your teeth gently for 2 minutes. If less than 2 minutes, let the paste sit for a few minutes before rinsing.
Go to a P.H balancing mouth wash. No alcohol mouth wash.
PPL say oil pulling with coconut oil 1-5 minutes and clove oil works.
      DO NOT
      - Brush immediately after a meal - you will brush the acids from food into your teeth. Wait 30 minutes after a meal or 10 minutes before a meal to brush teeth.
      - If drinking coffee, swish water in mouth for 3-5 seconds to get rid of 40% of the bad. Don't believe me. Try it and watch your spit will be light brown.
A good diet that I did to gain weight....after ostomy surgery and failed medication to gain weight ( I was on megace and stopped it and weight trained and followed diet below ....took me 3 years just to figure out how to lift again and what diet .....got from 122 lbs to 195 in 2.5 years, then put on the rest in one more year = 3.5 years roughly ).
Egg white protein powder ( highly absorbing ). I mixed that into lactose free ensure.
      I would eat about 2,300- 2400 calories a day.
      My macro nutrients are:
      49% carbs 28% protein 23% fat
Protein intake around 150-160 grams per day.
      Carbs - 225-275 per day
Fat - Always 70 grams or under.
I basically eat the same shet everyday lol. Use spices.
      Protein sources:
Wild caught Salmon - 3x per week for dinner
Chicken 2x per week for dinner
Steak 1-2x per week ( DO NOT EXCEED 16 OZ of BEEF per week ).
      Pasta - 1x per week
Sides with dinner: Rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. That is it.
      Lunch:
Deli turkey sandwhich with white cheese
      All natural potato chips
      Greek Yogurt
      Banana
      Breakfast:
      Oatmeal
      Eggs
      Egg whites
      Turkey beacon
      Toast
      Snacks:
2x glasses lactose free milk ( fairlife milk )
Greek yogurt with honey + vanilla and blue berries = fake ice cream lol.
Cheese with peas. Peas have good fiber and high protein.
      Egg white protein powder mix.
Hope it helps brother. Screen shot this and show this to your Medical Doctor the next time you go and see if it fits your situation. I eat 4-5x meals per day. Basically two big meals and two smaller ones and maybe a snack or protein powder.

Would there 🤔 be any way to have a virtual consult by forwarding a picture for review? For unclear reasons no dentist zoomed in on tooth crowding and when the current one suggested interdental brushes became immediately clear none fit. Starting to be concerned that serious issues may be headed my way in the future and tired of dancing around feelings, egos, or whatever has prevented a good assessment of the teeth. Years of teeth nightmares and after a failed root canal became clear that x-rays need to be studied and I'd like to. Time is of the essence as the cycle of dream, tooth issue, pain, infection, treatment, antibiotics needs to stop. Even a local pharmacist looks at me like...you again? Truly concerned that the delays are pushing to some sort of a dental crisis. Any guidance you can offer more than appreciated. Simply let me know consult fee ahead of time. Recognize your time is valuable and will save up as best and quickly as I can. Endless dental fees have broken the piggy bank for sure. Thank You.

II have bad breath it won't go away, I brush, floss, gargle I scrap my tongue, and 1 dentist told me i had bone loss, he pulled a tooth and said had periodontal disease and bone loss, I was getting scaling but now I cant afford any of this, my dental insurance is gone because we switched companies 5 times no more dental. So now I can't afford to get my teeth treated like I should, what can I do ? I'm plagued with horrible breath and I do the normal for my teeth as stated above it comes back a little while later, I hate even talking to people because of the horrible smell, but oddly enough my teeth feel clean after brushing and my mouth feels fresh . I had to have a dental tech dig up inside under my gums and look under a microscope. She couldn’t find any plaque on my teeth and said that I take very good care of my teeth; however, when she came back, she showed me a pic like this (but not as bad), but there was an amoeba! I had stage 3 gum disease when she couldn’t even get any plaque off my teeth! I had to do irrigations with a Water Pik, with water and a different kind of disinfectant switching back and forth. You can dilute it with h2O2, bleach, and there are several more. Keep doing this for a couple months, and brush with silver gel!
Regular dentists don’t show you this.
Unfortunately, I have Sjogren’s and am extremely prone to dental caries, and I had to have two teeth pulled. The cost to put implants in and put a crown on another tooth: over $20,000! It’s all because I developed Sjogren’s from breast implants! I can’t afford that much money!

It's very frustrating when they don't take you seriously (one hygienist actually rolled her eyes at me).

    • @Tinyteacher1111
      @Tinyteacher1111 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@@aewtx Wow! I just read your comment again after I typed a reply, and I can’t believe she rolled her eyes at you! Do you have a holistic dentist?
Sure… I’ll try. I used a Water Pik, and every day, I had to put purified water in it with any kind of disinfectant that kills bacteria. I could switch antibiotic additions or stay the same.
You can use bleach in the water (I think only a little works), hydrogen peroxide, with which I swish my mouth in between dental visits. I don’t really know exactly what the ratios are, but you can put as much as you want in the water, and I know sone of the others were iodine, and liquid silver.
Probably some essential oils like thieves would work, that are all disinfectants. I found the hydrogen peroxide the best. I had to irrigate my gums every day, and brush my teeth twice a day with silver gel.
This dentist’s wife is on You Tube and talks about holistic dentistry. Their last name is Regiani. He’s in Michigan.
Anyway, I know he’s a big believer in silver because when I had an infected tooth, instead of an antibiotic, he gave me liquid silver and told me to drink a tablespoon, or something, and take it with a capsule of oil of oregano every day. That stuff is supposed to kill everything!
I tried to use it on a stealth infection of h-pylori, but it was stubborn and I had to take antibiotics.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been back to see him in over 2 years because I was sick and also I had to move out of my gorgeous condo that had mold, and have several surgeries because of the breast implants, before I could get them removed. The point is, that I’m assuming I killed the amoebas, but I won’t know until I go back.
I can’t read your post right now while I’m typing this, so if I forgot anything, I’ll edit this. Good luck!
