This brought me back to when i was a young teen marvelling at something i didnt understand while lying in a field on our farm looking at the sky. I suddenly felt i was levitating and actually grabbed for the ground but i remember the feeling of awe and wonder. And i just realise now what that was!! 🙏❤️

    Dear Eckhart,
I met you on the ferry coming back from Salt Spring Island.
There was a pod of whales following the ferry.
I talked with you about my experience at one of a few workshops I have enjoyed, being at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver. You are so kind!
You came off the ferry beside us and we travelled together for a time. A lovely synchronicity
and blessing! Your light is so
    beautiful and strong!

Thank you, Eckhart! I had two moments of deep realisation listening to this meditation: the first one 2 months ago, in Egypt, on the beach, when I realized the stunning beauty of life; and the second one yesterday, when I understood the essence of me, I won't name it because i haven't yet the word. I am sharing my experiences to encourage the people to listen to this meditation. Thank you, Eckhart, thank you! 🙏

I am astonished at the beauty, order, cyclicality, reliability, the vastness of nature and the cosmos. So lucky to be born to experience all that I can sense, see, feel, and think, Plus having such an experience in its unfoldment. A very special gift that I had nothing done in order to receive it. Is it not amazing? Besides, "I and the Father are One" and, "The Kingdom is in me".

be conscious of consciousness - i am astonished, astonished to be alive, and aware of that. aware of the inner space, within.
doing this meditation with my eyes closed, i was seeing complete darkness as my eyes remained shut and suddenly i saw, for a few seconds - a galaxy within my vision, no thought persisted, and it was gone for a moment as my mind tried to label it.
however, i am aware of the the shift.
more growth and practice, these meditations truly help.

It's so powerful to let consciousness focus on the painbody, to me the painbody is like this very painful old infected wound inside me I just can't reach to treat and cure.
When I focus on these parts (mainly in my throat, chest and back) it's like I'm finally able to get some tension out of there to let it heal.
You can actually feel it burn up and these bodyparts which are always tight for me, finally loosen up a bit.
I need to do this daily for a while to see what it does to these painful tight parts in my body.

Tolle has revealed to me more than any book or teacher, helped me to realize I am the teacher for myself, inner and outer self. This meditative music behind his words seem to distract from his message. Perhaps it is to please a certain audience to keep them interested, but this background (sound), to me, is someone else's conceptual construction of Eckhart's message. For me, unnecessary. Albeit I will embrace his true message, his words..Thank you.💖

    • @embryonic7692
      @embryonic7692 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Meditate doesn't have to be hard. Just be still and focus on the breathing in a comfortable pocision. Try to sence the void, the still. Feeling the true you and become who you are. If a lot of thoughts arrive, don't try to push them away, be aware of "oh, there's one" and let it go as easily and return to your stillness or focus on the breathing. The more you do it the more natural it comes. Maybe its "because the old you goes away" or whatever Eckart said hehe.

I am aware of when I still label things, so I guess I am getting closer being conscious 👌

Yes. It's good. But it would be better if you don't name them because then you just percive with no thought.. When I do it, with some things a word pops up in my mind and I can tell the feeling is a bit different. I suppose it would be being aware and then just to percive beyond thought. Thoughts are distracting and maybe then u can also have an emotion tied to that word/object? Can that be it aswell. Well, Good luck to u in your journey. Wish you all the best.

I had an experience. I fall in a trance, I saw myself inside me. Inside me it was like a cave. I was sleeping and didn't want to wake up. I was feeling a piece can't be explained. I hear noises outside from people trying to wake me up they were scared they thought I had fainted. They twisted my fingers but it didn't hurt. They wanted to wake me up but I didn't want to. Inside the body it was like a capsule. Later after that experience finished I came to believe that maybe this bodies are ships. Inside is consciousness waiting to wake up. Maybe we are like seeds that came from another world.

    So relaxing
I can find peace listening to this. But I wonder how to do that in everyday life encounters with angry people

Is anyone else here not an English native speaker? And if so, do you also find it somewhat difficult to translate Eckhart´s words (or signposts, as we likes to call them) to their native language? My native language is Spanish, and even though the essence is in the message, not the words, I would like to be able to share this with my family as Eckhart does when I listen to him. Thank you Master for helping me find presence.

Most of his words are in his books; his books which have been translated into many languages. Compare one of his Spanish books with the English version, to find good translations.
