hi do you know why my wide boy scooter won't turn on but will turn on when i plug the charger init?
It sounds like the battery is bad. I cant be sure because I am not there looking at it. You could try to take the battery cover off and check the wire connections, other than that I dont know.
when i plug it in it's says fully charged the light on the charger is green doesn't turn red

This jawn sucks. I wish I would have just waited and got my wolf warrior 11+ out the gate. The problems I had with cracked rims and cracks in the neck besides the scary ass flex in the deck mean its been sitting in the garage for about two years.

You bought an off brand and you are heavy as the stated weight limit is probably bs anyway. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
No Disrespect intended, but the reason that is happening is you have exceeded the Weight limit of the Scooter 🛴.
Its rated for 250 pounds. I am at 240. I think the reason the tiers did that is due to the heat from the traction on the road and causes the rubber tire to expand.
