So much excellent knitting this week! The Culmination is such an undertaking and I love how all the colors look together. And your hand spun sweater? Don’t even get me started!!! It’s STUNNING!! Your year of knits and spins is something to be soooo proud of 💖
Hey Mehgan, Ms Jo here, and again you delivered. The Dormir description was hearing a broadcast from an expert commentator! Your "like a warm blanket" came to life once you stood up. The sweater looks great on you. A very detailed and factual telling of each project. Please continue podcasting because you are good at this! Merry Christmas if I don't catch you before then. Ms. Jo
Wow, the blanket! 😍😍 The Dornie is beautiful as is your handspun DRK Everyday. I am working on a sweater in variegated yarn, can you believe it!! 😱Working on stretching my comfort zone.... I am liking it so far. Will post a pic on the discord later.
Your variegated sweater is so beautiful! I have been living in the Dornie and I'm just glad the blanket is done and that all that yarn is out of stash!
Your YarnJam handspun is so lovely! Selma from Little Big Knits also sizes down for all Andrea Mowry yoked sweaters since the yokes tend to pucker when people knit the specified size.
yes it's the pucker and the kind of back creases I don't love the look of! Glad to know it's not just me and I guess we'll see how these turn out haha!
The blanket is incredible! I’m actually tempted to make one now, but I definitely don’t have enough yarn. I also loved your ramble about blocking at the end. I definitely agree that most/all fibers can be wet blocked. I didn’t know the trick about vinegar to help with color bleeding though!

Thank you so much!! I'm so happy with how the Culmination turned out! And I can't get over this handspun sweater at all - I'm gobsmacked!
Knit Picks Wonderfluff is pretty much the exact same yarn as the Cloud base!
Wow it is!! What a great alternative - thank you!!
I really appreciate that you tell how much yarn you used. Your Dornie is lovely.
I'm glad it's helpful to have that info, and thank you so much!
I can’t wait to see your finished Heirloom Quilt Cardigan! 👏👏
Me too - wanna come sew it together for me hahahhaha! I'm gonna get it done soon because I know the mattress stitching will be worth it!
Wow what a stunning blanket! And your handspun!!
I'm so happy with how it turned out - thank you!! I'm also floored by the handspun - cannot stop admiring it!

You can always keep this one your back pocket for future scraps! It certainly takes a lot of yarn!
Your Dornie looks fantastic!
Thank you! I'm so happy with how it turned out.
Your Dornie is beautiful!
Thank you!!
I saw another podcaster who put her minis on a ribbon to hold them up
That's smart! I can do that hehe
i was working on my What the fade shalw by Andrea Mowry with the Fibrefox advent from last year. What are you planning to make with yours?
I don't know yet but I love this pattern. The fade is so amazing it's gotta be a feature of the pattern (or just how I make it!)
My husband says knitting is witchcraft, but I know the real magic is blocking! 🪄⭐
Yes this is so true!
