Hey! I have a similar problem. I do have batterry, the problem with my gotrax scooter is that when i try to accelerate, doesnt do anything.

Might be a broken throttle controller. Not sure it can be fixed. Does it turn on?

is the reason always a battery issue because i bought a replacement charger because it wasnt charging

For our case, if the scooter wouldn’t turn on when plugged in then it would be the charger, but it was a dead battery with no charge for us.

@@GearKnowHow The replacement came the scooter takes charge the only issue now is that when its off charge the throttle will not work and gotrax support doesnt feel like helping me 😂
