Wow 2 hours gone just like that 😅very informative lecture of the real history of this country…the more I look into the EFF and its members the more I realise how much the country is missing out from this great potential, the level of articulation they have on their identity and political principles is beyond comprehension 🤯🫡💯
Guys guys guys please listen to understand and learn, don't listen to comment . there's very important information that's been said here, that even our mainstream media and independent media outlets won't broadcast on. Please listen to understand 🙏
I implore podcasters such as this brother to read on SA history deeply and follow current affairs closely. We are now watching Mr Niehaus educating the interviewer.
@@jobesithole5590I am highly familiar with the history of South Africa Brother. It is my responsibility as the interviewer to let Carl Niehaus express himself.
The Cosatu leadership visited the ANC and met the leadership in 1986, which consisted of OR Tambo, Dan Tloome, and Thomas Nkobi. The Cosatu leadership also included Jay Naidoo, Sydney Mufamadi, Cyril Ramaphosa, James Motlatsi and Daniel Dube. It was in this meeting that OR Tambo gave the longest and most emotional hug to Ramaphosa to demonstrate his deep appreciation of the revolutionary role the union was playing in the country. This is contrary to lies and misinformation you may have seen on social media, namely that Tambo saw Ramaphosa for the first time at the first post-unbanning conference of the ANC in 1991, held in Durban. The lie is that Tambo asked who this guy was when seeing Ramaphosa for the first time. What a lie! Carl Niehaus continued to lie about Cyril Ramaphosa statement by Zwelinzima Vavi
You are so knowledgeable why had the anc not given you a top job or a ministry to look after 😢now you trying to make it in the eff they in 10 years also don’t have a ministry to help South Africa why 😢😢😢😢
Wonderful views from Mpangazitha. Mr interviewer please try and control that breathing thing that you do when you are thinking about the next question to ask the interviewee. It is also not necessarily important to demonstrate how knowledgeable you might be. When interviewing an encyclopaedia like Mpangazitha one can only but listen. Allow him to flow freely.
The GNU was a transition government in the first place, with a limited life span. In the 2nd elections the ANC was the rightful leader/government of the country bcis it again gained the majority and everybody agreed that the classic model will be followed. The purpose of GNU had been exhausted.
4:49 No one exploited the GNU, all the negotiations had been done under the sunset clause. This is in order to beef up the image of the Afrikaaner who in the first place had to be supported by the English- The English were originally not the ones who were deployed by Britain to manage colonial South Africa.
7:01 There were no external bodies that participated in the writing of the constitution at that level. The contents of the constitution came from the entities of the GNU..
My brother 'the host' wake up! the government is not running a business but a devastating country. The idea of selling the state own enterprises will destroy the little that is left. Just as the Apartheid government used SOEs to improve the disadvantaged whites the government ought to do the same thing. In fact government must take some privates companies. Think of the power security guards and cleaners who work 12 hours in the private, think if people who lack proper housing and water in the rurals. The government must be in the game of balancing the imbalances in the society. What's the use of profit is some families cannot afford to buy a bread for the whole month, where is wellbeing when some people can't have more than one poor meal in a day and a sixty years old black is renting a 1 room in Tembisa with nothing else, where is respect and dignity for black elders?
25:02 Why (suddenly) isolate Ramaphosa from the ANC when he was not acting against the intentions of the ANC in how it was managing and playing with Capitalism.
27:47 I stayed a little longer.. That's just lazy if you wanna oust Ramaphosa- so now he single-handedly led the country to some demise. What demise?! The ANC delivered on: Education, BEE, SMME, AA, STATE SUPPORT (Grants) in an atmosphere that is hostile against job creation. THE ANC DELIVERED ON EVERYTHING!
9:55 The GNU is the legacy of Nelson Mandela (and the ANC) and the apartheid government at the time. Foreign White capital is 'silent' at this time and is by extension. Mandela was holding all the power at the time of the negotiations.
Carl Niehaus you make hate some of those who think they were liberating us and thinking that they fighting for black majority yet it wasnt like that. Their families are rich just because of our black brothers who died for us blacks their efforts to liberate us were meaningless shame on them.
