- The Delhi Mumbai Expressway is a 1,350 km long, 8-lane wide (expandable to 12-lane) under-construction (partially operational) access-controlled expressway connecting India's national capital New Delhi to its financial capital Mumbai. The foundation stone for the project was laid by union minister Nitin Gadkari in the presence of Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley on 8 March 2019.[8] The total project value including the land acquisition cost is around ₹1,00,000 crores (~US$13.1 billion).[9] An additional 31 km long spur will also be constructed by the NHAI from Noida International Airport in Jewar to Sector-65, Faridabad on this expressway (DND-KMP Expressway).
Delhi-Mumbai Expressway will connect the Sohna Elevated Corridor, Delhi to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Maharashtra via Dausa, Kota, Ratlam, Vadodara and Surat. It passes through the Union territory of Delhi (12 km) and the states of Haryana (129 km), Rajasthan (373 km), Madhya Pradesh (244 km), Gujarat (426 km) and Maharashtra (171 km). The main length of the expressway is from Sohna to Virar only i.e. 1,198 km. Additionally, it has two spurs: DND-Faridabad-KMP (59 km) and Virar-JNPT (92 km), which increases its length to 1,350 km.

NE4 construction quality is questionable in few patches. When you take entry from Dausa, a long section of the road is damaged due to truck. I have seen these types of bell curve formation only in Jaipur Highway and now in NE4.
Same in dwarka expressway. It seems blacktop is not being done with best quality products.
yes in that particular section road take dip due to heavy vehicle load rest all good so in high speed you feel jerk there so when i went in June i was happy but recently when in august i traveled feel bit disappointed after seeing this road dip

Having a pond near the interchange is not safe vehicle can skid and drown . Even railing does not help to prevent the accident . For water conservation this is very thoughtful way 👌🏻

We should have built such expressways way back in 90's and by 2000's industries would have been setup and now we would have been more developed. Atleast now its being done.

@RSLive i just want to confirm or say correct you here. Kota has 3 interchanges on Delhi Mumbai expressway. apart from two you mentioned the third one is on state highway 51 near Village Balapura. it's just one KM from my Village too and that's why I know this. please let me know if i am wrong.🙏👍
