Ken, Thank you so much for the intro to this beautiful house. I have been looking at homes within the Disney Golden Oaks area for some time; and I have noticed that Disney has created some customizations on the house for the owner. It appears this house is very beautiful, but it has no Disney customization. Will they get involved with this process after the house is purchased? Sorry for the long comments.

Thanks for the kind words, Greg. Appreciate you watching! Unless the home is finished, it’s totally customizable. They typically don’t go too crazy on the Disney finishes on spec homes as to appeal to the widest audience.
The final furnishings are up to you. Although some of the spec homes come furnished. You pay for it either way :)

I'd like to see more landscaping. I like parklike gardens, flowerbeds, statues and artwork etc. Disney might want to think about that in the next projects. Provide more backyard as opposed to resort like with huge water features in the backyard and no land.

Do you automatically have access to being a Club 33 member if you buy in Golden Oak?
You don’t, although many of my GO clients are also club33 members. You get access to the Golden oak club. 2 full time concierge, two restaurants, and all the neighborhood amenities.
On their website it says (sale”pending”) does that mean someone already bought it? This is my dream house and I’m working super hard to achieve it. I’m 17 and hope next year I can get it. Please let me know! I day dream about this place everyday!

Yep. It’s still owned fee simple
Looks nice, but to much white for me would be hell keeping it clean with children in there, and people walking around. I like colored walls, and for this being a Disney neighborhood didn't see many characters in this one. I perfer simple low maintenance keeps the stress levels down.

just something to think about now say you buy a home it wont matter if its 7 mil or 70 mil but you own it and it is all you're yet you pay 2000 a month for people to tell you listen you need to cut you're grass and the flowers need to be trimmed hey you can't just paint that house any time you like . Now for some they might like spending money on what they think is protection but in Florida my protection goes bang and it starts out with a small hole going in and a bigger hole as it comes out. A dollar or 2 for a bullet is a lot cheaper then 2000 a month.
Admit it. Every person watching this vid is broke and went to Orlando last year buying a rental house stayed for a week and left to go back to Las Vegas🤠✋
