Would it not be prudent to remove the washer nozzles, install vinyl, then cut the holes fir the nozzles in vinyl, then reinstall nozzles?
No red showing, neater and cleaner look imho…

Very often they break on removal so you risk damaging the sprayers and having to pay out of pocket.

What about sealing the edges of your vinyl ? Is it necessary for longevity ?
