in this video you will see the fitting of the crossguard to the blade as well as some filework on the spine of the blade. Sad to say that I killed the video from making the blade last week... sorry ;-)

That's looking awesome. Your file work on the spine really shows off your uniqueness, and special details you add to all your projects. The fit up is right on. Bummer you lost the forging video, I was looking forward to that. Still, it's looking really good and the little flaw in the casting of the shell is not noticeable at all once you have it together. Great job master. Looking foreword to the rest of it.

and one more is on the way .... how about a secondery knife and maybe a picker for the top of the sheath. They can have a brass and horn handle as well.... the secondary klifes are tradition for this since the late middle ages.....

Some filework is nice all the time and it took me a wile to find out how this pettern works 😁

Oh thanks a lot Nigel and sooon there will be more. The next gun project is still on the drawing bord and try to get some material that is afordable.... but that is a litle difficult for a 3´´ thick walled pipe 😆😈
