Uffff! I'd throw to them all day long in a kayak, if given the opportunity. It looks to be as much fun as the 20-30lb carp that I occasionally and incidentally get into on light gear. Nice work, my friend!
There is a lot of boat and barge traffic where I kayak fish and they don’t give a sh** if you get pulled into their path. The barges can’t stop and the boats don’t slow down. Lesson learned about 10 years ago. Thanks for watching.
Glad to see you got to spend some time in the boat, that alone made for an enjoyable day I'm sure. Do you put in at Big Lagoon when you take out the boat? So how long was the fight all together since you did some editing? Have to watch those fish with fork tail, they don't like to be caught. LOL
A great day indeed. Yes, I launched at the park, it is about seven miles to Pensacola Pass, with several nice flats that hold fish on the way. I think it was about 15 minutes total fight. I hope to use my skiff more this summer. Thanks for watching.
I got worn out just watchin' J.....That really turned out to be a Skinny Water Beasty Boy....LOL!!😎🎣
Thanks Wes, more fun than lifting weights to stay in shape.😁😁
Never fails, hook the large ones targeting trout and reds on light tackle. Made a good outing even better.
So true, thanks for watching.

Ha; "I need a break". That's what happens when you tangle with "el toro" (the bull)
I bet you slept good that night. 😎
Anyways, nicely done!!!!!

Thanks Ray. They are fun to catch, but be prepared with a bigger rod and reel. I hate having to tire out a fish.
