Nawa ooh this lawyer is not speaking like a professional but he has allowed sentiments to override him. By the judge categorically stating that the 2024 Emirates Repealed Law remains valid that automatically make Bayero remained dethroned. Secondly even if set aside all action of the governor in enforcing the law, remember that the law empowers the governor to appoint and dethrone emirs. So basically the governor has the power to reappoint Sanusi Lamido again. Lastly we shouldn't forget that there's a pending case as State High which has the original jurisdiction to hear this matter

Hakimi suppose to speak as a professional not with sentiment because lawyers and experts and other Nigerians knew that the verdict is controversial and is a bad image to judiciary, I expected Hakimi to stand on that truth in order to protect the image of the system. Justice Liman according to professors and SAN created more confusion than solution, he open more wounds than expected healing and it is just abracadabra.

Abba Hikima is unrestrainedly talkative and repetitive, this flaw in communication sullies his message. He seems to be a rookie in the practice of law for asserting that every court order, irrespective of jurisdiction, must be obeyed. Unless this assertion is how law is practiced in Nigeria, it is not true if, say a Sanitation Court, issued an order against, say CBN’s changing of color of the naira, that such an order would be obeyed pending appeal. It is unfortunate that Nigerian jurisprudence takes the issue of jurisdiction lightly. In climes where the rule of law is supreme, jurisdiction is the first consideration, or determination if in doubt, before a court/judge hears any case.
