Any% means that the speedrun was done under the category any%, which means complete the game as fast as possible and glitches are allowed. Other categories for example would be 100% (do everything and collect everything, Glitchless (beat the game as fast as possible without the use of glitches) and many more.
it's a speedrunning category where you just have to complete the game as fast as possible; you don't have to 100% the game (that's a different category)
if you own the game just boot it up, grab a light object and you will see how easy it is, also there are several other runners of this game doing the exact same stuff i do
