This is an update to a video I posted over a decade ago. I still receive such lovely comments about it all these years later and have had requests to post an update. So here it is!

I've been asked for links to items shown in my videos so I'm working on a list. Some items are no longer sold by the sellers I purchased from so I will try to find alternatives. I haven't been able to find the grey pouch in this video yet but below are ones with the same layout but different fabric.

Oh my gosh, I’ve waited a decade for this video. Your original video is something I find a lot of comfort in for some reason and I go back to it all the time (since I was like 11 years old). I’ve wondered about an updated one for years now. Thank you for making this!!!

Life gets so busy. 🤍 I’ve struggled with mental illnesses and chronic illnesses my whole life so I found that video really helpful because it taught/encouraged me to make my own. I’ve carried one ever since and always feel so much better knowing I have it

Love the update! Very practical and functional. Your original video is what introduced me to EDC bags and emergency preparedness. I've watched your old video several times. It's nice to find videos with a womans perspective, as most of these videos are made by guys. While they are nice, we have different needs. I cant wait to see your future videos. An alternative to oil blotting sheets is toilet seat covers they work like a charm in a pinch.
Good to know, I actually have some. Just won't use them after I've covered the toilet seat 🤮🤣

literally a decade later i am 21 now, so I must have been 11 then, (was diagnosed with OCD at 19 lmao how did my parents not notice). i have your older videos saved to a playlist that i watch when i need to relax, thank you so much for the update! miss the pink :(
That is so sweet, thank you for your comment. I was diagnosed with OCD much later in life, I hope your relatively early diagnosis makes your life easier to understand and cope. Do you like rose gold? I have some future videos with that colour theme.

omg, i found your original Female OCD EDC video just a few weeks ago after watching many EDC videos in my research to make mine better. And yours was the most comprehensive but inexpensive. Thanks for sharing your great EDC items, it’s definitely helped!

Thank you! I'm working on links but a lot of the things are difficult to find or no longer available from the sellers I bought from. The pouch is by a company called Baona but a lot of resellers seem to list it as Boona. I will try to find a link to the faux leather version because I have seen that for sale still.

Mouthwash tabs may have to be a new addition to my edc for me. Your original video gave me so many ideas for what i been carrying around with me! Thank u!
I love both the mouthwash and toothpaste tabs. The taste does take getting used to but they leave your mouth so fresh. You don't have to worry about liquids if you're flying and they take up such little space. I'm so pleased my original video helped give you ideas. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Working in the health industry I keep a box of RAT tests in my car, but I think I need to include one in my edc pouch, along with a mask.

Hi Zoe. I had been waiting for an update on your EDC for years and I am glad you finally got one! You were the reason why I have been hooked to the women EDC thing LOL! Where did you get your pouch? And your pill case? Is the pouch brand name Boona? I am looking for one at Amazon now and the pill case that is like yours but i couldn’t find one. I want one with partitions and small enough but can contain a lot of medicine

I've recently found the company's website and it is Baona but I think you will find it as Boona on Amazon etc. I wish they were easier to find because I have quite a collection now and there's one specific one I really want to add. Contemplating reaching out to them for stockists. The little pill case is another thing I haven't been able to find for sale and I will keep looking. I know when I bought it I used the search term 'fishing tackle box' or something similar.

You need to add some band-aid and they have toothpaste that are little mint size but they aren't mints they are real toothpaste
Thank you for your suggestions. I have band-aids in the first aid pouch, I probably called them plasters because that's what we call them in the UK. Also in the 'Meds & Dental' case I have toothpaste and mouthwash tablets. They are great, mine are from Georganics.

There are so many items in there! Some I've had for so long I don't even know if they are still available. I've been contemplating creating some sort of list and making it available somewhere but it might take me a little while. Do you think that would be a good idea? Also I live in England and I know some of the items wouldn't be available worldwide. If there is anything specific you would like to know where it came from in the meantime just ask and I will try my best to find you a link.
