I like Emin Agalarov, the Russian with the big house and toys. He seems like a level headed guy who knows that even with billions, building a shopping center that could go bust would be a major setback. He was honest and it didn't seem like he took himself too seriously. He wasn't a snob which probably surprised us all.

I find this comical! I'm retired, with a lovely home, great car, and money in the bank. I shop when I want, buy what I want and travel as I wish. I'm blessed to be able to help out my children when they need a financial boost without worrying about having to curtail my own finances. I'm not deprived n any way. I spend the bulk of my time in my bedroom and the kitchen, using the dining room twice a year and the living room only occasionally. So why would I, with my family grown, need a castle, or even a penthouse? Are they beautiful? Absolutely! I can appreciate the grandeur. But a waste for me. The difference between rich and poor (and I mean right in intelligence) is that the rich notice the beauty of the item, the details; the poor only notice the price.

I wish for a business connection in order to help invest in these vast property- lands that are spread over three different locations.
