They’re on guard and need to be able to see along Whitehall so the Boxman’s shoulders are supposed to be level with the arch. I totally agree about the best photos, tourists ruin them.

Why not consider having some 'off duty' Guards and horses in a separate area, where people can indulge taking photo's and petting horses.
It could even bring in revenue (for Military charities) and would relieve the strain on the Guards who are on active duty.
These horses 🐎 are working animals and it would probably cause more problems

It's Too crowded they are out of order laughing at the horses when they nip and make them move, kids shouldn't be on there own, when the horses move their heads up and down the horses aren't to blame if they get bitten they're making Too much noise if the horses freak out what will they do I suppose they'll think that's funny I feel sorry for the horses and guards guards as they are trying to do their job even the arch guards shouldn't be laughed at either
