I fell off the Coheed bandwagon some years ago but man I have good memories of this era. I'll never forget the way the teenage version of me felt listening to this song and experiencing the band live on a few occasions. Still get goosebumps when he sings "your father's dead, he passed in his sleep".

I know what you mean. I had fallen off a while back and am sort of getting back into them now. They're new music isn't bad or anything, but nothing beats their first three albums in my opinion. This was such a good performance, and it's a shame they don't play it often. I don't think I've ever heard a different live version of this song to be honest.

When I finally got my hands on the CD and DVD set for this album, my grandad had passed away. This song was constantly on repeat for me because it made me think of him and my Granny's relationship, so it helped me deal with death in the only way I knew how, through music. Coheed isn't just a band to me, they are therapy. I was suicidal around the time Good Apollo 1 was out, and the giant IV on the cover caught my eye so I picked it up out of curiosity, and to this day I know every word to every song on the album. After I discovered there was a story behind it all, I wanted to see where the story was going and picked up the first two albums after that, and have never looked back. Always on my Jackhammer, no regrets. Big ups and mad love to Travis, Josh, Zach and Claudio. You guys are the reason I'm alive today. Thank you for everything.

The advantage of being a talented musician who can actually play instruments. If that happened to Nicky Minaj she would be screwed 😁😂😂😂

Insane octave playing, very difficult to sound that effect from an acoustic guitar, like squeezing juice from a pine tree 5:57

If I had a dollar for every time I watched this in high school, I could probably buy that exact guitar claudio is playing.
