Those are some impressive looking shocks on that thing. Can't wait to see how it bashes, though those don't really looking like the best tires for bashing. Looks like it would be a lot of fun to have a pair of them and do some road course racing.

I love this video because i have always wanted a car that is fast like this one and is easily handled. I bought this and absolutely love this thing. The weight is what surprised me. This thing is a beast. Thank you again for doing these videos. I am 43 and a kid at heart.
Nate, you are dedicated to the hobby and your channel - now go get some sleep! For me, personally, I was just waking up this AM and WOW was I wide awake after the 1st couple of passes down the straightaway! That buggy is SCARY FAST! Way to go Abby for winning the speed test! Nice speed test. Us Canadians don't need to translation of speeds, as we are native Kilometer per hour type s up here. :-) Most of our highways are 100 kph (62 mph)...so we get the occasional traveler from the US who comes up and sees that the speed limit is "100", and then goes 100 mph, or 160 kph....and if they are unlucky, which they usually are, they get stopped and get a great big fine!
Wow!! That would be nuts to have a speed limit of 100 mph ;) 100 kmph still sounds odd at 62 mph because all of our speed limits are usually in divisibles of 5.

This R/C truck is impressive. I think you guys should get another one and have a race. But if you do you should add fpv to the trucks or just attach a gopro camera. My money is on Abby, sorry Nate but she did win the speed test. Keep it up you guys. This channel is the best source for info on R/C toys

I got a vrx coyote to hit 60mph with more gear available. have to work on settings though because it is squirrely. I wrecked it too. was fun and only cost 135 for the truck and additional 100 to go fast. Not sure how economical that is verses other ways of hitting them speeds.

Two 5000 mAh in series is not 10,000 mAh
Only 10k if they were run in parallel.
You take the voltage from the two batteries together for series, but the capacity doesn't double.
For parallel, the capacity is doubled but the voltage is the voltage from one battery.
Don't worry, it took ne ages to remember which word meant which configuration.

For something this size to be able to go 50 mph and still have control over it is insane to us. I don't think I'd want anything to go much faster :/

TheRcSaylors at one time I had a cr10t-4 that was clocked by the mps with their "calebrated" radar gun in Iraq at 92mph, it also cleared a 20ft T-wall. (I say had because I since blew that motor and bought a much slower one.) Yeah when you're bored you really start acting the fool just trying to pass the slow periods. Anyway I still have the truck, and it's still a blast :)
