There's a bug, in hope 101 if you get a clue in living area the clue doesn't appear anywhere, just go and do assyrian and wolf outposts until next reset, because i got that bug too.

Its not always serums so click bait (the left behind chests give you serum new dollars gold skill points and mechanical parts. You can buy the keys both left behind and defector key from the npcs once a day. You can do multiple outposts a day ._.
sigh. i said only redwood outpost and gray outposts give serums from boxes. strongholds is a different thing. defector's keys are for opening stronghold boxes, not outpost boxes, thanks for watching.
