This week we take a trip to the APOPO Visitor Centre in Siem Reap to see Hero Rats in action.
The rats are trained to seek out landmines and explosives, saving countless lives in the process.
Sadly landmines in Cambodia are still responsible for many deaths and horrible injuries.
The centre is a must visit when in Siem Reap. Informative, educational and you get to hold a rat.

Wow, this is an amazing project. Incredibly clever to use these special rats to save lives and clear all these horrible mines. It's awful to think of the number of people who've lost their lives to these terrible devices. Thanks for showing us the amazing work being done here and well done on another fantastic & informative video - I still say you guys should have your own TV travel show 🙂

Apopo is great company ı also visited in cambodia but at siem reap there is a woman finance manager, Sreyny Svay, she is a cheater, liar, She just uses Apopo identity to cheat foreign tourists, expats, visitors, steal their money by promising fake love, I warned Apopo many times about this Cheater/liar finance manager Sreyny Svay, be careful friends
