Not everyone looks at a child and thinks that way but apparently you do. There's nothing anyone can see in this video. Plenty of people like to watch videos of children because kids make them happy, they're a parent themselves, they can't have children, etc. Plus this video is interesting. As a parent, I know I've always been curious about how you diaper a child in a cast like this. I'm sure others are as well. There's nothing odd at all about the fact that she has a lot more views than subscribers. She has literally one video on her channel so there is no reason for anyone to subscribe. If she was actively making videos then she probably would have more subscribers. You just had to turn an innocent moment with an adorable child and a mother just trying to help people out into something it's not.
