918 Spyder, Carrera GT, 911 GT1, 959! You name it, they are all here! Porsche is a brand with huge history and status, and at their home in Stuttgart you can find some of the very best super sports road cars and race cars. What's your favourite?
Robin Holmquist because, imho, the old 911s are almost/ just as good looking as the ferraris but they are far more accessible. + when you drive them you're not driving around in a €3+million car
Georges J huh.. Then i Think Mercedes is the best becouse they invented the car.. without them and porsche the car would have been different then it is with them..
THANK YOU for pronouncing Porsche with an 'e' at the end! It always bothers me that many english speakers just call it 'Porsh' which sounds to me as a german so completely wrong..
When I took a young German man for a ride in my Toyota MR2 several years ago he was surprised that a priest such as myself owned such a sporty car. I asked him how to correctly pronounce the word "Porsche", not knowing that I would soon be the owner of a Carrera 911. I've finally seen the factory where my Porsche was crafted.
Yeah, it is really good to have an English native speaker pronounce it correctly, with nearly every other youtuber my ears start to bleed after a few minutes. I once asked a youtuber why he leaves the e at the end and he said because it was European and than I had to tell him that we aren't the French and don't leave letters at the end unpronounced.
Sources? Also it is Porsche and Tim got it quite right for an Englishmen. The problem with the e at the end is simply because of his accent and the problem with the sch sound is because English doesn't have a real equivalent. Also most English speaking youtubers say Porch or something similar so Tim is more on the spot then most.
Only 6k left for the Million, I don't even know when i started watching your videos but good to see you are one of the more on the ground people Schmee, keep it up, you will hit the million for sure.
These type of videos are why i respect you as a content creator Shmee150. You take everyone including me on a epic ride. And show everyone and me things i could not normally see thanks!!!
And don't forget about the Mercedes Museum "if you're ever there". I only had the opportunity to visit the Mercedes one the last time I was in Stuttgart so thanks for showing around what I had missed!
Whenever I finally get around to going to Germany for a holiday this will be my first, and possibly last stop. I wonder if they would let me pitch a tent and camp inside........ Porsche history, design and quality have always intrigued me. My favorite car manufacturer hands down. If I could own any car it would be the Porsche 550a Spyder then I would have a replica of the first 356 shown in the museum, one that I could actually drive without worrying about wrecking :) There is just something about sports/race cars from the 40s and 50s that I am in love with.
Awesome video Tim!!! A friend of mine spotted a black 918 yesterday in Greece and sent me a couple of pictures she looked more like a spaceship than a car ,anyway You are quite lucky do be having these experiences and I find it awesome that you film them to take us viewers with you great videos awesome channel keep it up shmee150!!!
Thank you Shmee for a fantastic tour, again. Porsche please take note; try to repeat a similar museum in the Southern Hemisphere. I can not imagine that these treasures might get destroyed in a semi holocaust.
Great video! Porsche really has it figured out. Fast, handling is superior, relatively affordable, and you can put 250,000 miles on them. The absolute complex performance car, and they have been doing it for for decades!
It's funny how the old rivals Porsche 962, GT1, GT1 Evo, GT1 '98 and Mercedes-Benz C9, C11, CLK-GTR, CLK-LM now sit in museums in the same city just a few kilometers apart.
Been here a few years back. Fun fact about the Martini 918: it's the actual 918 which did the 6:57 lap. It's slightly damaged as a result. Authentic, and great.
Thanks shmee for the gorgeous trip inside Porsche museum.. there is a lot of nice Porches to see but there is one missing Porsche I didn't see.. It's a 1994 Porsche 911 gt1 lm race car that competed with the mclaren f1 gtr lm in le mans in mulsanne..
Waau. I shook my head the whole video. I don't have words. Mental sums it up. Thanks Shmee for exposing paupers like me to such an amazing facility. Life's too short not to own a Porsche.
It's a "buffet" of Porsches, a Porsche lovers dream! Another one of my all-time favorite brands of "whips"! The Carreras and the Spyders are the best Porsches!
great video, love shmee150. I do agree with him that is arm span is quite impressive but I don't think he has to show it off in every of his thumbnails though!
What I find interesting is that the CGT is the only Porsche model that has this 'round-cornered brick' design from front to end and wheelbase to pillars. And not only that, it is also the only model that actually shows similarities to where Koenigsegg started of with: CCX. This same 'round-cornered brick' design, what was an alternative approach for Porsche, became the foundation of the Koenigsegg cars.
918 Spyder, Carrera GT, 911 GT1, 959! You name it, they are all here! Porsche is a brand with huge history and status, and at their home in Stuttgart you can find some of the very best super sports road cars and race cars. What's your favourite?
Shmee150 my favorite is the carrera gt
Shmee150 mine is the 918 spyder.
Shmee150 you were laughing so hard when the guy said i'am in this vid.
Shmee150 I also like the carrera gt
ADD A BUGATTI IN YOUR SHMEEMOBILS
Porsche has to be the best car manufacturer ever..
Georges J just going to ask why... huehue
Robin Holmquist because, imho, the old 911s are almost/ just as good looking as the ferraris but they are far more accessible. + when you drive them you're not driving around in a €3+million car
Georges J thats why?.... i'm speechless
thats what makes them better than ferrari, which is the only real competitor tbh.. Cause they both got the history etc
Georges J huh.. Then i Think Mercedes is the best becouse they invented the car.. without them and porsche the car would have been different then it is with them..
Carrera GT was my favorite car back then. Still looks good enough to be 2017 sports car lol
High Score and it still has three pedals the way they all should be .
THANK YOU for pronouncing Porsche with an 'e' at the end! It always bothers me that many english speakers just call it 'Porsh' which sounds to me as a german so completely wrong..

He also said "Nordschleife" with the E at the end. Is that how it is supposed to be pronounced?
yeah Thanks☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👁👁☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
My favourite Porsches are the 918 spyder, the Carrera GT, the 996 911 GT1 and the 911 GT1
Best Manufacturer in the World - There is no substitute.
[Username Redacted] you can tell by your list that you don’t know much about cars
@European Colonist Not to mention McLaren.
Thanks for that tour. You just saved me about 5,000 dollars
Only 6k left for the Million, I don't even know when i started watching your videos but good to see you are one of the more on the ground people Schmee, keep it up, you will hit the million for sure.

Get to see these everyday working at a Porsche dealership. Especially being a classic dealership. Have some amazing gems! Lucky me!!
Shmee the type of guy to have a Lamborghini tractor if he were a farmer.

So a stupid farmer huh?
The rarest is the 991GT3 with an orange wrap 😂

That was a lovely tour! Thank you, Tim :)
GT, GT, GT, GT1, GT2, GT3, Turbo, Turbo S, ok!
Fire engine ?!
a 918 would look great in your garage
Oh yes it would, but see the video from two days ago about!
think a CGT would look even better, and theyre half the price(?) of the 918
Georges J i thought the CGT are millions
Dean Mathieson nah bro its like 500k-750k 'IF' im correct
Shmee150 OMFG I JUST SAW ONE OF THESE AND THERE ARE ONLY LIKE 350 OF THEM IN THE WORLD😍😍😍😍😍😍
This video shows that you know something about older cars than from 2007. Great for us who prefer cars from the 70's 80's and 90's.
Absolutely Great Video Shmee! Amazing footage of Porsche history. Thank you.
And don't forget about the Mercedes Museum "if you're ever there". I only had the opportunity to visit the Mercedes one the last time I was in Stuttgart so thanks for showing around what I had missed!

Great video! Porsche really has it figured out. Fast, handling is superior, relatively affordable, and you can put 250,000 miles on them.
The absolute complex performance car, and they have been doing it for for decades!
WOW! My favourite manufacturer. Not enough footage of the 550 spyder for me but I'll live. Thanks for sharing :-)
Nobody ever shows the greatest Porsche ever when they do Porsche museum tours. The 944 Turbo.
even though ive been there multiple times, i still watched this. APPRECIATE THIS TIM :D
My god, best episode ever, been to the old museum but not this one must visit, and Shmee, there is a lot of Porsches missing in your garage.

4:05 what the hells on that 918's wheels? The center locks seem to be sticking out super far
comacow02 Its the weissach package that adds the aero-blades, behind the rear wheel arches.
It's funny how the old rivals Porsche 962, GT1, GT1 Evo, GT1 '98 and Mercedes-Benz C9, C11, CLK-GTR, CLK-LM now sit in museums in the same city just a few kilometers apart.

Porsche is hands down one of the best quality car factories of the world
Thank you Shmee for this great video and you let all of the miles, inches, pounds and pines per half an hour back at your home. Great
I can't even watch this video without pausing it every 20 seconds 😍
It's a "buffet" of Porsches, a Porsche lovers dream! Another one of my all-time favorite brands of "whips"! The Carreras and the Spyders are the best Porsches!
Nothing compares to the pedigree of both road and race cars from Porsche.!!
Love your commentary. Lots of good info.
My fav has to be the 959... for its time .. amazing!! thanks Shmee
This is THE only CGT I would consider even close to my red CGT. Love the liquid silver w/ the ascot interior.
Man it's taking forever for you to reach 1 million. What's taking these fans so long.
Very nice videos, buddy. Subscribed!
We had a wonderful tour of this amazing collection

959.. The car that changed it all. And my all time favourite car period.
great video, love shmee150. I do agree with him that is arm span is quite impressive but I don't think he has to show it off in every of his thumbnails though!

Enjoy, we've got a lot of the best to see here!
Wow. I would love to go there!
Just have a look at the rarest Porsche in this video clip is REALLY VERY happy enough to me eventhough I don't own it. Wow!
will there be a Porsche added to the garage soon? hehe
Porsche should make a super special Cayenne
agreed
Master Bottle Transsyberia is special, but is the old model, the funny is because this Cayenne has manual gearbox
1:13 "Silently blasting away" lol haahahha 😂
Solomondrin shall be salvating to this video!
Awesome Shmee...you so need a 911 in your garage!
Would love too have seen you go about that museum for a full hour
5:50 probably the best car in the museum
Great video as always👍👌
In today's episode, Mr Tim Spaghetti shows us some of the 1st, fastest & best of German Bratwursts
The carrera gt will never look old

I like how they put the 996 GT2 and C GT next to each other... both deadly
hi shmee did these cars stay without startup or driving ?
Thanks Schmee. Great vid.
Tx for the tour!!!
Stoked to see you tomorrow :)
thx for sharing @shmee150 , i will visit the stuttgart museum 💪👍✔
I was there in July 2014 and the car layout has completely changed. Still a great place
My favorite museum. Been 4 times. Best on a slow day. When its busy not as much fun.
Seriously, never stop what you are doing! You're a good break from the monotony of TH-cam!
The Carrera GT is the legendary beast and I bet it's the favourite of every single car enthusiast.
911,918,959, Tractor, Carrera GT...wait what? That will throw someone off.
love yo vids keep up the good work
Thank you, this is some fantastic content!
I wish the turbos these days sounded as glorious as these beauties
